We cannot say enough wonderful things about Matthew (Matt) Brodin! Our relationship began a couple months back when we were still living out of state. He knew it would not be a fast sell as we would not purchase anything site unseen. That never seemed to bother him a bit. He continued to follow up with us until we arrived in Marshalltown. He took the time to listen to our needs as well as our wants and did not stop until he found the perfect house for our little family. Matt exudes confidence and compassion for what he does. He never made us feel as if we were just a paycheck. He did such an amazing job with us that he is now working with my Mom to find her the perfect house she can call home, and we know he will not stop until he finds it. Day or night, he has been available for us all. Matt is a great Realtor and an even better person. We look forward to working with him in the future for our next purchase.
