We feel so fortunate to have been referred to Darin Bjerknes to help us to sell our house in Woodbury and purchase a new one. Any property that we wanted to look at, Darin was able to show us immediately, even on only hours notice. We found a house we loved and Darin worked with the seller’s agent to secure a contingent offer on a Sunday (when our house wasn’t even on the market yet). Darin then had professional photographs taken and our house on the market and sold by Friday morning, for thousands over asking price. This was due to Darin’s fantastic marketing of the property and expertise with pricing it properly, which turned into a multiple offer situation. My husband and I recently purchased our first home with the help of Darin Bjerknes. We were able to set up viewings for homes within 24 to 48 hours and Darin had very good working knowledge of aspects that brought value to the home as well as areas of concern. When we settled on a house with a large lot and submitted our offer, Darin was there each step of the way and helped us certify that updates were done by a professional and were up to code. Darin made sure to include an addendum that was signed by the seller that attested that the water softener as well as other appliances such as the washer and dryer were ours as well. This became important when a water softener company came to us and insisted the water softener was rented. We were able to show the document and then the previous owner had to settle with the water softener company. Without the documentation from Darin, we would have had no backbone to show we owned it and we would have had another monthly payment. He does a thorough job and was pleasant to work with.
