I had the pleasure of working with Shawn Hartmann and his team on the sale of my home. Shawn had it listed very quickly (July 2), showings and feedback were immediate, we had multiple offers on the property within two weeks and we closed on the sale on July 27th--thats right 25 days from listing to sale! A majority of the credit for this quick turnaround goes to Shawn and the Hartmann Korby team! If you want an experienced, smart, hard-working realtor with great communication skills--Shawn is your guy. We selected the Hartman Team based on a web search of active realtors in our area of the city. Shawn was one of three asked to give me a proposal. My wife and I recently were married. We both had starter homes to sell and a house to buy. The Hartmann Korby team was excellent to work with for all 3. Great communication at the start and continued throughout the process. Shawn and Ryan were very personable. We always felt that we had the final say, but they were also there to lend useful feedback or assistance through the various stages when we asked for it. Id recommend them highly to our friends and family, and would use them again when we are in the market again.

My husband and I recently sold a townhome in Hugo. The experience couldnt have been smoother. Shawn and Travis were supportive every step of the way. Our townhome was sold in less than a months time after signing initial papers with Shawn. The team bent over backwards to make sure they were available for any help we should need.
