We were first time home buyers and new to the twin cities area and we chose Justyna Johnson based on her many positive reviews and she was every bit as good as all the reviews suggested. She patiently understood all our requirements and asked us great questions to help guide us to understand what we really need. Based on those requirements she sent us many updated listings and always had time to show us as many homes we wanted to see. She was very knowledgeable about the quality of homes and guided us on what upgrades each home had, additional expenses that may need to be incurred after we bought a home and also information about each locality. As busy as she is, she was always extremely quick to respond to all our questions, even the simplest ones. In making our final offer and counteroffers, she never pushed us, always provided great insights on the process and was always extremely optimistic and ultimately we ended up buying our home. I would recommend Justyna without hesitation every time!

Justyna did an excellent job for us. She is very knowledgeable of the local market and helped us greatly at both ends of the deal (buying and selling). Shes the agent who goes the extra mile for you. She paid for painting (old house), house inspection, two Radon tests (before and after it was installed at the new house). She arranged for a company to install a mitigation system (at a good price) and was very gracious through the entire process even though we didnt always go the route she suggested. She was always available -- if not right away, within a reasonable amount of time. Our new house inspection was on Easter Sunday (for reasons that were out of our control, to beat the deadline set out by the loan company). That day we called her twice and both times she was available to answer our questions! We strongly recommend Justyna.

Justyna is a high energy, very enthusiastic realtor!! She almost always answers her phone rather than letting go to voice mail (and with a cheerful attitude too)! She has a stager that she pays, Marva, who is great to work with. She also pays the first $500.00 of the work that her handyman, Randy, does for you!!! Randy does good work at a reasonable price and is a nice guy to have in your home! Justyna answered all my questions and would encourage me when I got stressed out (which is pretty often). She helps you price your house right the first time for a quick sale. I received a few offers above asking price! She is patient with you while looking at new homes to buy and we had a lot of fun together! She gives good advice during negotiations and will go to bat for you when needed. I highly recommend her!!!
