My husband bought a house from this company about a year ago. hes military and we closed on the house with a notary since hes was not in the state. The lady told him, they will get the house clean when he get here. When we arrived the house was nasty, theres was trash left on the floors, lots of trash in the shed. We didnt bother calling since everything was sign. It such a same.
