I leased a Apartment from this company when I first moved to Ft Polk. They told me that my BAH was adquit for the house I wanted but it was actually 100 dollars short once my paperwork was finish. Also, the house had mold, which I reported to them several times, they didnt fix it but instead charged me for it upon my vacancy. Also, I placed a 950 deposit and another 250 for my animal (cat) which they told me was to cover cleaning for pet and carpets. However, they didnt and charged me for it out of my 950. They are liers and cheats. I do not recommand dealing with them. Not only is it far from the base but in addition to my experience I now lease with ERA out of leesville. I heard they are going to be black listed by Fort Polk because I am not the first to have these issues. Youve been warned!

Ive worked hand in hand with Century 21 for years, and for once I was on the other side of the table. Even though I "knew the process" like the back of my hand, my agent made sure to walk me through every step! I could not say enough about the wonderful service we received from both the listing and selling agent. Audra Burge is an A+ agent who went above and beyond the call of duty to show me homes around my husbands crazy work schedule. We looked for a little over a year before finding our dream home! Very dipleased with Century21. Upon move in I did a move in inspection. With photos and 2 full sheets with stuff that was messed up with house. Well just moved out waiting on deposit check when we got it back I owed them an additional 347 dollars because they said we didnt clean. My wife down 3 days srubbing the floors and patching holes. But instead they said that had to sand the hole wall. Quick i find funny.it was just rediculas what they charged. The hose was in better condition when we left then when we moved in. Century21 is real shady .just cover your back

If we were to recommend century 21 we would recommend vickie as the agent to go through she was extremely helpful as this was my wife and mine first home buying experience we had gone through 1 agent before vickie who did not compare she, vickie, was always readily available and helped us through the entire process and always gave, in our opinion, her honest thoughts on the house which was the best part for both my wife and I. Vickie was such a good agent and so helpful to us that when we choose to sell the house we are going to try to go through her to do so
