We rented from AR Wilson Realtors for one year. The receptionist was always very rude to us. Our utilities ran $350 a month for outdated appliances that they refused to replace. The worst part was the $1000.00 they charged us when we left for an iron burn in one room of the house and a very small hole (smaller than a baseball and only 1/16 of an inch deep) in the sheet rock after we left! The house was very overpriced and I wish we had taken our business elsewhere. Make sure you read the lease thoroughly because they wont tell you what your signing your name to. In their lease they state that if repairs after you leave exceed your deposit, they will bill you (they re-carpeted the house on our tab). Finally, they gave us a document to fill out when we moved in of all of the damages that we saw and didnt want to be charged for. BEWARE: they document and charge for EVERY LITTLE THING! The man who did the final inspection said that we would be charged for someone to replace light bulbs, batteries in smoke detectors, grass not trimmed (It was waist high when we moved in!), minor marks on walls, the list goes on! Dont rent from them!

We lived in one of their town homes 1008 villa Marie which has bed bugs and the whole down stairs frontroom,dining room, bathroom and kitchen flood with 4-5" of water when Springfield has a flood warn they dont pay to replace your stuff or do anything worth trying to fix the foundation crack

Piss poor place to rent from!! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE!! Not worth the time and or your MONEY!! Save both and go elsewhere!!!!
