John, he isnt great - he is something more superlative; he is a unicorn; someone that is one out of 10,000 - the perfect idea of a Real Estate Agent. I am a recent transplant from Fort Collins, CO; I have zero knowledge about the Twin Cities, much less connections here. I received John Mazzara as a recommendation from a co-woker who just closed on the house John helped him find. Based on my parents experience, and pessimistic nature, I reached out to John with the expectation to find someone looking out for the best deal for himself. I could not have been more wrong. Within a few weeks, John had an idea of the house my wife and I would be happy in and truly needed. His advice and experience were spot on every time. As someone with no knowledge of the greater Twin Cities, Johns 20+ years of Real Estate experience was invaluable to me. He watches and understands market trends, neighborhood values, and how to make sure you, the purchaser, are able to get the most for your money. He told us, to our faces, that he would not recommend putting offers in on houses that would have made him more money, simply because they were not right for us and our needs. John was able to help us close on a lovely house, in our price range, in one of our neighborhoods of choice within three months; this was less than half the time I expected it to take.
