Whether you are a first-time home buyer, or a seasoned veteran in the housing market, youll be extremely satisfied with Danny and his team. My wife and I were dipping our toes into the housing market. We were renting a nice apartment in the North Loop neighborhood, and sent some inquiries out to realtors to get the home buying process rolling. Literally within minutes, Danny sent me a message asking if I was free to discuss the market and what our preferences were. We talked the following day, and I immediately knew that he was a down-to-earth, knowledgeable, capable, and thorough realtor. We placed two offers on houses and the deals subsequently fell through in the inspection/contingency process (we ultimately werent happy with the condition of the homes and Danny gave us candid feedback on what he thought we should do. He wont shy away from being honest, even if it means having to do more work). Danny gave terrific feedback and advice on logical next steps and quickly set up appointments for us to look at different houses. In the end, we found a house that we love, and moved in over the weekend. As a buyer, you always want to be somewhat cautious when you deal with realtors, even when theyre supposed to be on your side. You know that they have a bottom line, and you need to be wary of realtors wholl give you advice only to get a larger commission. I assure you that in no way is that Danny and his team. First of all, its clear that he loves his job and the home buying process. Second, he wants you to find the best house for you, and he wants you to get the best deal possible on it. He realizes what many in this line of work, I feel, forget--that more business will only come if customers are happy with the result. And this isnt to say Danny is all business. Like I said, he is down-to-earth; hes someone you can have a beer or cup of coffee with, and thats needed when youre buying a house. You need someone you can trust and feel comfortable talking to. Danny and his co-pilot, Bobby, are top-notch and will help you find what you want at the right price point. I cannot imagine an easier and better home buying experience. Choose Danny and his team. Youll be glad you did. End of story.

I had the pleasure of working with Danny to land a condo that exceeded all my expectations. My search criteria included the areas of downtown Minneapolis in the Mill / Warehouse District or Northeast. I was referred to Danny and checked out the iMetro website that emphasized that was their niche market. After meeting Danny it was evident his knowledge of the area, buildings, and market which made it easy to select him as my realtor. He was easy to talk to and didn’t put any pressure on me while looking at units but also gave his opinion/expertise when asked. A couple things that were important to me in a realtor was someone that was reliable and responsive; which Danny was always fast to reply by phone/e-mail and showed up to all meetings on time. My situation was also unique as a unit that I was interested came on the market and I e-mailed Danny and he happened to be on vacation but still made himself available. He set up a showing with one of his colleagues who was also great and treated me as her own and the whole process was seamless. I e-mailed Danny to let him know that I was interested in the place and would think about it for a few days and that I would probably want to put in an offer when he returned. He called me that night and said that other offers had been put in so we’d have to act now, so we came up with our strategy and put in an offer within the hour and ended up with an accepted offer by the next morning. He was able to execute the whole deal out of state and the process was surprisingly fast and easy. He had a great relationship with my mortgage consultant which helped through the process. Overall, I was impressed with Danny’s ability and the process to find a place that was exactly what I was looking for and more. I would recommend him to anyone, especially someone looking in the downtown area with his expertise of the market. He looked out for my needs and what I wanted in a place. Since moving in a month ago, Danny has still been available to answer any questions with the usually timely reply. It was a great experience for my first home purchase.

About halfway through a lease that Danny at iMetro helped me through, my now-wife and I decided that we would buy a place after the lease was up and a North Loop condo was where we wanted to be. So, after having such a positive experience the first time around, I decided to shoot a quick email to Danny letting him know where we were at and I had a response from him within the day. Even though I made it clear to Danny that the lease wasnt up for another 6 months and we didnt want to close until then (less we double up on a mortgage and rent), he didnt seem to mind at all and immediately offered to show us around just to get us more familiar with the buildings in the North Loop and the area in general. Try getting that kind of response and face-to-face service from a big realty agency after you tell them youre over half a year out from even considering buying. Wait, dont. It will only depress you... Showings with Danny were a great experience as well. You can tell he has a wealth of real estate knowledge, especially the North Loop condo market, and could probably talk to you for hours about it all, yet he has a way of letting you explore the area on your own while still always being a few steps back to field your questions as they come up. Its this unassuming style that makes him so pleasant to work with as you dont feel like youre getting pushed or talked into anything youre not comfortable with. My wife was self-admittedly overwhelmed about the whole buying process and she said Dannys style was all it took to put her at ease (she doesnt respond well to the "used-car salesman" personality). Needless to say, Danny came through and got us a condo we love, in the building we wanted, at a great price, AND a close date that worked with the end of our lease. Were now 4 months in and would not have changed a thing about the whole experience, which is a only a testament to the hard work, dedication, and seriousness that Danny puts into his business. We would definitely recommend iMetro to anyone going through the buying process.

We had the pleasure of working with Danny during our recent home search and purchase in Burnsville, MN. We had a unique circumstance in that we were searching for a home in MN while living abroad in Europe. Given our situation, we needed a knowledgeable, reliable agent who we could trust. After reading positive reviews of Danny on Yelp, we arranged a phone conference with him and explained our situation. Danny agreed to be our agent without hesitation. He was willing to visit homes of interest to us and give us feedback while we were still in Europe. Danny proved to be a superb realtor, exceeding our expectations throughout the search and buying process: 1. During the search process, Danny visited houses for us, took pictures and videos, and wrote detailed summaries about the houses. This was extremely helpful, as it was not possible for us to view the homes in person. 2. When we decided to make an offer on a house, Danny immediately arranged an offer proposal. His help in getting this offer in quickly was very much appreciated, as this was a house we really liked and ultimately purchased. 3. During the inspection and contract finalization process, Danny recommended an excellent home inspection company, and advised us to do an advanced inspection that included specific testing. The inspection cost more, but was worth it not only because of its thoroughness, but also because it revealed a safety problem that could potentially have serious consequences. Because we had the inspection and test results, the sellers paid to have the problem corrected, which saved us a lot of money. Throughout the search and buying process, Danny was always available and on top of things. We found him to be very trustworthy and dependable. We felt like we were the only clients he was working with, even though we knew that wasnt the case. We couldn’t have found a better realtor. Based on our experience, without hesitation, we highly recommend Danny.
