What can I say... most of these reviews are fairly accurate even though theyre all across the board. Weve lived here for two years now. 1) The landlords are very professional. When it comes to maintenance, theyre usually prompt within a day or 3. They adhere to 24 hour notices and are very informative. 2. Theres a lot of trees and sidewalks. Its a half mile from Coon Rapids dam. Right in between Northtown and Riverdale. Very nice. 3. Theres a playground in the courtyard that gets constant use. Our first apartment faced the courtyard and we had to shut the windows all summer. Kids were screaming out there all day every day. They like to scream. 4. Our car has been gone through 3 times in 2 years. Only when its been unlocked. Our roommates car had its stereo stolen. The parking lot is lit, but what do you do? 5. The apartments are VERY spacious. Some are updated, some arent, but the non-updated ones are cheaper and I dont need fancy cabinets. Its usually very quiet at night. The neighbors usually keep to themselves and theres plenty of washers and dryers on each floor and nobody camps them too bad. I would definitely live here again. The apartments are nice, the landlords are professional, the neighborhood isnt terrible and its very convenient. Honestly, our car has been gone through at every apartment weve ever lived in, and we came from North Branch, MN so I dont hold it against the area. Would recommend.

In the last decade, Ive lived in apartments all over the twin cities, and this apartment is an OK place to live. here are some good things: 1. at night time, it is relatively quiet as far as apartments go, and Ive always gotten a good nights sleep. 2. fast maintenance. Last summer, when the AC unit when out when it was like 90 degrees, they swapped in a brand new one the same day. 3. Smart cards for the laundry machines, so you dont have to search the couch for quarters to do laundry. 4. Hot water and exceptional water pressure in the shower. 5. You can walk to the C**n Rapids Dam in about 5 minutes! here is what you have to put up with: 1. idiots honking their car horns out in front of the building. 2. Non-residents who do not live here that wait by the door for someone to let them in. 3. The crazy lady who invites the cops over about once a month. 4. The lock-kneed heel-stomping land whales upstairs that run and jump around like they are on a goddamn WWE wrestling mat. It shakes the couch you are sitting on, and occasionally you can watch a fine cloud of particles fall from the ceiling when they really get into it. 5. Ants. Just put down some Terro ant bait in the corners and it wont be a problem.

I am currently moving out of this building and I would not recommend anyone to live here! Cars are broken into nightly during the spring and summer, I quit locking my doors because I was tired of replacing broken windows! If you have any problems with your apartment the management doesnt call you back until you use a different number and call to say you are interested in renting. They call back immediately for that! And if something needs to be replaced, good luck! It took over a year for them to replace my dishwasher that didnt work properly. When I called about my garbage disposal not working, the maintenance guy told me I probably just shouldnt put anything down it! People are always hanging out on the front steps at all hours of the night, and driving through the parking lot blaring their music or honking horns. This past winter there were ice dams that caused water damage to our ceiling and the apartments solution was just to paint over it! And when my ex had to move out they told me it wasnt their responsibility to get the keys back from him, even though he was no longer on the lease. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever seen in my life and I regret all my time here. Do not live here!!

Everything you would expect from an apartment, with the addition of: unsupervised kids running around everywhere. More than once I came out side to find kids climbing on my vehicle (no joke). And when we moved out, our entire deposit was kept as well as being billed $100. Be SUPER thorough if you rent on your walk through. We were billed for paint on the base-board trim. Obviously we didnt paint the walls and it was from the painter before we moved in. Rumors of a drug bust right before we moved out (summer 09) but hard to say if that was true. Based on my fellow tenants, I dont doubt it. I would stay away, but maybe I am oblivious to the realities of apartment living.

We have lived here for a year and a half and i must say i do NOT recommend living here. Ive made multiple noise complaints that have NOT been handled, there is ALWAYS some kind of damn maintainence going on, which usually starts extremely early in the morning, we constantly have to park our cars on the street, i have been out of hot water MULTIPLE times (literally had to shower in cold water twice this week) and management doesnt seem to care about anything because whenever i call or even show up to the office theyre on break. I pay too much for all this hassle!! Do not do not do not move here! The only good thing about this place is the location.

Where to begin.. like some of the other reviews, we thought we were getting a good deal! Mine and my husbands car got broken into our stereos and cds taken! We still havent replaced the stereos in our cars for fear that they will get takin again! Having an issue putting money on the laundry card to do laundry, they can only have one, why would they put one in every building! its a pain, not to mention having to make sure someone didnt urinate in the drier!! im curently not doing my laundry here anymore! Cant wait to move my lease is up in about 4 months! not soon enough!

Quiet place at night! Lots of trees and a privacy fence between communities. Playground in the courtyard, that I love for my daughter. You can hear the kids playing during the summer, but it is a playground expected. We thought rent was high at first.. but then we looked around the area and realized that is just the rent all around there. The apartments are huge compared to other places in Coon Rapids! I love love love our walk in closet! onsite staff that are friendly and address any concerns/issues.

This place is by far the worse place Ive rented from. They dont care about you or your needs once you sign the lease the politeness goes away. Forget about getting anything fix in a timely manner. Were on a month to month after fulfilling are one year lease and ever since weve been on a month to month things get ignored. Forget this corporate bs of a complex and spend your hard earned money elsewhere otherwise greedy places like this will suck you dry.

The apartment itself is fine but there is never any parking. And ive been waiting at least 6 months for them to fix the washer in the laundry room. So if you enjoy having a laundry room in your apartment building or if you like having a place to park this is not the apartment complex for you.

Management is rude and will end up charging you for damages that dont actually exist. Good luck ever getting your deposit back.
