In the fall of 2015 we listed our home with Junior Murray from Gilbert Realty. From the beginning Junior showed lack of motivation. Junior did not stay in contact with us. The only time we heard from him was when we initiated contact which was normally met with "who is this". Junior never provided us with feedback from our showings. We didnt feel like Junior cared about our property after all we discovered that the water was left on (after a showing) and a shutter had fallen off and broke, all of which he never told us about. Once our contract was up we listed with a different agency and got several showings and was under contact in less than a month. Overall we were very disappointed in Gilbert Realty.

My experience was with one of their realtors, Doug Pettit. Generally a nice guy, but we contacted him for the first time in over a month to look at a place, and after we had an appointment set, he decided the next day that he wasnt going to show us the property based on his idea of what he thought we were looking for. We have also had communication issues with him in the past due to the fact that he is basically unable to handle text messages due to a lack of smartphone, and he seemingly only checks his email once a day. Find a realtor that is better suited for working in the information age.

My wife and I bought a house sold through Gilbert Realty in May 2017. The realtor was Paul Brown. Paul was a liar and nothing more than used car salesman working at a real estate office. The house we bought had terrible problems that were hidden by the real estate company. I would recommend never doing business with Paul Brown or Gilbert Realty.
