We had an outstanding experience with Nate and this company and we would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a great experience buying or selling a house. We found Nate on line and we were a little nervous about contacting a small company. We were selling a house in Iowa City and looking for a house in Cedar Rapids. Nate came to our house and helped us figure out what needed to be done to get the house on the market and sold in a time frame that worked for us. He guided us through the process in a kind and caring way. We ended up accepted an offer within a week of listing the house on the market! Also during this time he was sending us information about houses in Cedar Rapids and set up showings for us. He showed us several houses and helped us see things about the houses we may not have noticed on our own. He never pushed us to make a decision or to go above our price range. This was different from my previous experience with realtors. When we found our dream house, he guided us through the process of buying the house. We were very thankful to have him. Even after both closing days, he stayed in touch and was available for any questions we may have had after the sale. If we ever buy or sell again, Nate will be our realtor. We highly recommend this company.
