I just moved here from Virginia Beach and I needed a trim. I had beautiful layers and my hair was really long and looked full with body. I watched her cut my fiancés hair first and should have walked out after that. She (tan skinny woman with medium length darkish hair pulled back in a pony tail) was so busy talking to her coworker (black lady with very close cut black hair) that she wasnt even looking at what she was doing when she shaved his head! She was very rough and tore through my tangles without a care. I told her I wanted a small amount trimmed (very little which I specified with my fingers) she cuts of inches! She asked if I wanted it cut in a V and I told her no (I like my hair the same length around with the exception of my layers) she cuts it in a V ruins my layers so I cant even see they are there and thins my hair! I cry everytime I see it now! Do NOT go here! It is horrible how they treat their customers and disregard what you want done! This woman should be fired.

First review Ive ever written. I thought I would have a stroke! Two people working. White girl said she would LET other girl do my perm. She stayed on her cell phone entire 3 hours I was there except she tried to do haircut and my girl had to stop my perm and finish the haircut. I was ok with that. But then when my girl had to stop and answer phone twice and do haircut with perm lotion on my hair while other girl TOOK BREAK (from phone she wouldnt even get up to greet customers). Wish I could send a picture of my frizzy hair after all that. Nightmare trip to salon. I heard her say she was ready for this day to be over. I told her if she would get up and move around her day wouldnt be so long. Dont expose yourself to this place!
