I have been to many locations and never had an issue with them pulling up my notes on my haircut. The rude employee who did cut my hair was very harsh and talked to an employee the whole time she cut my hair. She also was very rough with the clippers. And my hair is a mess. She was also whispering and pointing with the other employees about customers. And talking rude about them after they had left. Really poor taste and low class. I will travel the extra mile next time and go to a location that cares about those giving her a paycheck!

I really want to like this place because of the location but every time Ive brought my boys here there haircuts dont turn out well. Its crooked or portions of hair are longer than others when it should be the same. Ive noticed when they are busy they go pretty fast trying to get people in and out. The staff are very friendly but the haircuts dont look professional.

Standing in an empty salon..... told i had to wait 1 hr because on line check-ins. There is nobody here!!!! Been going to great clips for 6 yrs..... no more, never again

The online check-in and the haircut notes means I get a consistent haircut here every time! The staff is friendly and the online check-in guesstimate is pretty accurate.

Unless you know the staff personally expect to wait an hour. They cut very well but their customers service suck.
