For a Developer of Residential Communities, success only comes, when multiple factors fall into place. Naturally, locating the perfect parcel of land and laying out a community that is inviting to our potential client, are two very important factors. But, I have found over the years, that finding great Builder Partners is probably the most important factor of all. We have been very fortunate to have that. Brad Ledet with LaDay Construction probably ranks as high as any on that List of Builder Partners. He has a great understanding of what it takes to work with a potential Homebuyer and guide them through the process of picking the right lot and aligning their expectations with their budget. He will never sacrifice quality trying to get them in a larger home that might not fit their budget. I think that is probably one of the greatest qualities a Builder can have.
