Rodney designed us a fabulous house! I cant say enough good things about it - but to summarize - modern & comfortable, dramatic & practical. Its been more than 5 years now and everythings holding up great as well, including choices we made at his suggestion that have proven right. Rodney also stuck with us through a very challenging project: unfortunately the gated community where we built would only allow us to work with their chosen builder, who was not as professional as we would have liked; but Rodney managed the project through to success. Construction can be stressful - you need someone who you can communicate with and whom you trust - based on my experience I would highly recommend EcoHouse.

We absolutely LOVE the house Rod built for us. Not only did he build and design a beautiful house for us, he was also very up front and open about the process and billing. He even provided us with every receipt and invoice from the entire project, without even having to request it. My husband and I have built houses before with other contractors and we are very aware of how complicated and at times unpleasant the process can be, working with Rod was such an improvement to all our previous experiences.

My husband and I worked with Rod Collins on a possible remodel of our house. We met with him several times and got to the point of having a plan on paper. All of our meetings were very pleasant and went well. Rod is very patient, does not rush you at all, and obviously has a very creative mind. Ultimately we were unable to do the project, but I believe it would have been wonderful. If we have need of an architect in the future, we know who to call!

EcoHouse was contracted to rescue and complete a renovation to my existing home that was over budget and suffering from poor workmanship. EcoHouse corrected structural and aesthetic issues that made the addition safer and more appealing than the original design. They also made suggestions to make the house more energy efficient, while staying within the budget guidelines. I am pleased with the results and highly recommend EcoHouse Architects.

When adding a master bed and bath to my home, a contractor left me with a mess. Rod Collins and EcoHouse Construction saved the day! Rod came up with the design changes necessary to correct the issues and complete the project in a timely manner. He personally made sure it was all done correctly, and done well. I cant say enough about how happy I am with EcoHouse!

Knowledgable and thorough. Not what I was expecting from a contractor. Was very knowlegeable. Kept me up to date on every aspect of the job and was thorough with the finances. Very reasonable on price. Changed my mind about contractors. Will definitely do business with EcoHouse again.
