Save yourself time and money!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE THIEVES! Right before I rented from them I got on google to see what reviews they had. I saw All negative reviews, but figured not everyone could have a bad experience with a company. I WAS WRONG! I rented a ugly, gross, small apartment from them. When I moved in the place didnt look like it had been cleaned in who knows how long. There was literal piles of dog hair in the carpet, needles(even a surgical needle!), pins, dust so thick on the ceiling fan it had to literally be scraped off. I was desperate for a place, and the apartment I rented was on the cheap side, but even so, with the condition of the place the rent should have been less. When I moved in my neighbor came over and told me she was glad to have a decent, nice neighbor. She told me the last tenants were evicted because they had been doing drugs in the apartment. I asked her if she knew if the owners ever came and cleaned it after the tenant who was evicted left. She told me that once the tenant left, only one person came over and the person walked in and out in 5 minutes. I ended up cleaning the place when I moved in, and then had it professionally cleaned when I moved out because I wanted my deposit back. Not only did they take my deposit they sent me a bill for "damages" done while I lived there. I still have the pictures as proof of what the place looked like before an after. I told them and havent heard a word about any of it, but it wouldnt surprise me too much if they try to put it on my credit. Also, the girls in the front are absolute jerks. I cant remember a certain ones name, but she has dark hair. That witch needs to lose her job for the way she treats tenants. She shouldnt be in customer service at all. She obviously is "sleeping" with the right person because most people in customer service cant talk the way she does to customers and get away with it. Someday karma will kick her on the rear and shell wish she would have been better to people.

Moved in to a house was told it would be ready by move in day not to worrie. As i was moving in realized the front door wouldnt lock , smoke alarms were dangling from the cieling, back door wouldnt lock , and heat wouldnt work. Called did get someone out after hours of waiting. ABSOLUTELY EVERY TIME I HAVE REQUIRED MAINTENANCE SINCE NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING GETS FIXED. Im smooth talked like Im so stupid they can just tell me something is fixed but never fix it. Back door has a gap so big light comes through and froze ice down it in the winter and you have to push it shut with full body weight to get it to lock ,front door isnt much better , back master bedroom has had a dead animal smell so bad we havent been able to sleep in there since February. Request maintenance and are told ( we let a cat under the house) uet the craw space has remained closed since we moved in. Smell is so bad ots spreading to the other rooms . Thermostat is messed up but rather than replace it they guy changes the air filter instead. Set it at 72-69 degrees its still hot inside and our utilities are $225 this month. Just for a.c . Bottom drawer in the bathroom and kitchen are broke wont pull out our stuff is stuck in it and we are told, well the wood is bent sorry cant fix it( its not bent its the rails the draw rolls on are bent but with out the rods being broke to pull the draws out we cant get to our stuff.back screen in window has been torn since November last yr they dont replace it so we cant even air out the dead animal smell in that room or sleep in there when its cool out with the window open with out flies. Then we get a maintenance note yet they didnt do one thing that was on the list-( doors, thermostat , dead animal smell thats getting worse!) Instead we get this bs. Note thats nothing was done besides a air filter.

I called and inquired about a listing, even went to the place and saw the floor model of the place, I was informed over the phone that it was available. Went in right after that and ask for an application, informed them that I would be back tomorrow with app, fees and deposit, came back the next day with app and ready to place deposit, instead I was told that it was already rented out to someone. I was shocked because over the phone it was available and as soon as I came in person and grabbed and app and came back the next day it was rented. I felt like they probably did not want me to live there. When asked if they had any more available for those units for the first of next month they said no, however, I can still place a deposit and be on a waiting list. Now why would I place a deposit for something that isn’t even available when I need it? I informed her of my situation that I needed a place by the beginning of next month and that those were the only units that I was interested in, the lady offered other listings with unattractive rent prices. I decided to take my money back, but she insisted that I could place a deposit and wait to see if they had any coming up in a later date, sounded like they just wanted my app money, waste my time, and hold onto my deposit while I played the waiting game, I guess they missed out on the part where I said I needed a place by the beginning of next month not later after that. With all the reviews of them being dishonest and after money, it could be true, after telling them of my needs, they still insisted on me placing a deposit for something that they don’t know if it will ever be available, it was just a waiting game to see if any tenants would place a notice to leave. I rather take my money elsewhere and place it on a listing that is available when I need it.

Very poor company! What everyone says about cassy is true! but I don't think she works there anymore at leased not at the front desk.. Our water heater went out, they put a new one in and left the vent for the (gas water heater) open to our house, they could have killed us or our dogs... Lucky, we cought it and called city utilities ( it was a weekend) the came out and red tagged it... Then cowherd had to send out an actual plumber!.. After 3 days with no water! Then for our trouble they gave us $100 off rent for one month.. For putting our lives at risk I think that was a bit lite to say the leased.. And when I complained about all this they were rude and wouldn't ever let me talk to the owner period! When I ask for the owner they replied "I'm as close as your going to get" Nice! That's just great! Your company almost kills us all and I can't even talk to the man responsible!!!! Woah!
Ok I won't go on to much longer though, I could. But you should know, if you have a pet watch out for the pet deposit they will get you! We clearly stated to them and put on applications that we had 1 dog 15lb. We put our $750 deposit down and first months rent $750 then, after we give them that which is non refundable. if we back out at this point they say to us "so how do you plan on paying the $750 pet deposit"!!! Wtf! I was shocked!!! She told us it was in the ad that we saw! (cassy) but it was not!! Tryed to fight it but it was no use..
Bottom line unless you want to be unhappy and get screwed around like crazy!
DONT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY
