I had my car towed in to have a diagnostic check to see why it keep stalling on me. The owner Ty told me he would check it and give me a call after he checked it out... Well after waiting a couple hours I called him back. He told me my transmission had gone out and he could get me some prices together. And if I decided to get the work done there I would need to bring him a $500.00 before he could start the work. I called him back he gave me some prices I told him were to expensive that Id take my car else where... Well upon returning to Supreme Car Care Mr. Ty had already proceeded to take my care apart and demaned it pay him to put my car back together. I offered to pay for the diagnostic check but he demanded I pay him $2600.00 to put my car back to the condition it was upon arriving to his shop. I called the police and he stated to police that we had a verbal agreement and I could not remove my vehicle without paying him $2600.00!!! Well Im now faced with the options of paying him $2600.00 for a car still needing a transmission job or hire an attorney which I cant afford right now, but need my car asap!

Ty treated me very well. I had an emergency repair that needed to be done in one day so that I could get back to work and he was able to get it done and back to be before the end of the day. The rates were reasonable, and he worked with me to find ways to reduce the cost of the repair. I intend to come back here again when I have other repair needs.
