Last November Scesny Construction did my roof with GAF 50 year warranty shingles. He also gave me a ten year workmanship warranty. Needless to say, the workmanship was not up to par as some of the 5 inch rainstorm we had on September 30th landed in my living room. I notified him right away by e-mail and phone message and the only reply I have received is "What is your physical address?" I have gotten the state attorney general involved and still nothing from Chris. It seems the nail gun was not working properly as some of the nails did not drive all the way in. With the weight of the snow we had last winter, the shingles have now been pierced with these nails causing leaks in my house. I cant understand anyone doing business this way and being able to sleep at night. I would like to give no stars but one star means Hated It so I guess that works.

Scesny installed a new metal roof on our 25 year old house two years ago, with a "30 year woorkmanship warranty on flashing and any leaks". The roof leaks around a skylight, ridge vent, and chimney. Chris came by once and said he would fix it. He never returned. He did not return phone calls, emails, or even a registered letter. I went to his work shop several times and there was no one around. So here I am two years later trying to find someone else to fix the leaks on a new metal roof that I paid $23,000 for. After I get it fixed, I will still have to go through the courts to get reimbursement. UGH!!!

I called Chris left a voicemail and he called me back with in an hour and set up an appointment to give me an estimate the next day. He gave me an estimate right on the spot, it was very fair and I liked everything he had to say about how he installed the roofing. I decided to hire him and he showed up within the scheduled time. I was very happy with the whole process from start to finish, my roof looks beautiful, I would recommend him to anyone.

The jury is still out on this. Did a decent thorough job on my seemless metal roof but it leaks around the chimney. I have a 10 year warranty and have contacted him. In two weeks.....no response. Will attempt again tonight then perhaps give a much better rating. Three attempts to contact him for fixing leaks under warranty. NO RESPONSE. Is he out of business????
