I originally bypassed calling BTU when I needed AC retrofitted for our house because they only had 3 reviews. Well 6 weeks and 1 contractor who ignored me later, I called BTU on a recommendation. The 3-star review they had on Google couldnt have been more wrong. The owner, Neal, has been great to work with. Very responsive, on time, and the office staff clearly has their ducks in a row and things organized - which is more than other offices Ive worked with. Their service has been prompt and efficient and their rates have been in line with the market. Overall theyve been great so far and I wish I would have called them first.

My personal experience with BTU has always been a favorable and pleasant one. I have personaly used BTU for over 12 years and they have always treated me right. BTU calls when they say they will, show up when they say they will and get the job done. I called BTU to help a client of mine in an emergency situitation last summer and they showed up promptly and solved the problem efficiently and at a fair price . I highly recommend them. They are very customer oriented, friendly and professional. You get what you pay for....you want quality call BTU.
