I am the dumb one. Stay away if you can, read on if you want some info. I agreed to his terms by a handshake because he is old school and that is the way it is done. Stay Away from a house flip or renovation by this company unless you have had a complete inspection and you know what you are getting into. I thought I did but I blew it. He would not stand by any of the issues. you are buying as is. Shortly after we moved in we had multiple issues with plumbing, electric, heating. I had the garbage disposal literally fall off the sink drain two weeks after we moved in. Outlets never hooked up. lights with no working switches. The quality was poor all around. Rotted wood painted over the list goes on.When the home inspection said the roof was bad on the entire house but one section was failing now his answer was "you got to stop somewhere" it is your problem. Even with the low quality work, the lowest quality materials, you name it it was his lack of cooperation bugged me the most. In spite of all that, my wife still wanted this house. . I used Quicken loans, He did not like an internet bank. When I was having the home inspection done, he said it was for my sake, he was not doing anything and wanted to be there to contradict everything that was being pointed out. That should have been another warning sign. In the end I met all the condition on my end, quick close, down payment, buying as is with no concessions from him, all he had to do was bring a clear title to closing. My team discovered that who he bought the house from did not get an old mortgage recorded and it was still showing on my title. Anthony La Puma told me not to worry. Mr La Puma got his attorney to get a letter to the ins company to allow closing to move forward and he could get the release after the close. I was told by my attorney it was up to me but I was giving up my leverage if we close. My mistake #2. The owner Anthony La Puma looked me in the eye, shook my hand, and told me he would get it done for me. 17 months later email and phone call after phone call the realtor, myself and my attorney are still attempting to track ti down as Mr La Puma is no where to be found. I continue to work on the issue myself but Buyer BEWARE Stay Away if you can

Dream Builderz remodeled our three season porch. It was very old and out dated, now it is lovely and inviting with large windows and a beautiful door. This was an involved project that was stress-free for me because Anthony was always available and very responsive to all my questions. He is so respectful and always gives you enough time to make decisions. All the workers at my house were professional and kind. He is one of the nicest persons that I have ever met. I wish that I had met Anthony sooner. I highly recommend him & Dream Builderz for any project! He is the best!!!! I will definitely have Anthony & Dream Builderz for our next project!!!

Dream Builderz did a great job redoing the ventilation and insulation in our attic. It was a small project, but a successful one. Tony and his team did a great job. He also made sure that he was always there when he said he would be which cannot be said for all contractors. We really appreciated it. We will definitely be looking to have Dream Builderz help us again.

Dream Builderz did an amazing job on our house!! You would not even know that we had ice dams from last years storms. Our house looks new again, thanks Tony!!
