Working with DiPierro Construction has been a great experience on multiple occasions! They take the time to come by and assess the needs within my multifamily home. Immediately following their assessment, they give me a quote and promptly complete projects (some of which have been urgent). Not only are they are professional, but they are great at communicating and following through. After they fixed a leak in my rubber roof, I had to leave town for vacation knowing that it was going to rain for a number of days. Michael Thiel swung by during the initial rainstorm and made sure the roof was in check and no leaking. This was appreciated more than I can say:-) I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation. A few recent projects DiPierro Construction helped me with: Rubber Roof HVAC Plumbing Carpentry Windows/Screens Assessment and suggestions for foundation issue and creating a roof drain I have more projects to come and plan on continuing to use their services! -Shannon

Was finished in Nov (2 months longer than expected, but whatever I get it), before we could realize they didnt include air flow to the room from the main room area, meaning no heat / AC to that room (we have central AC and heating). Pretty crazy to not even mention that to us. Now the room is frigid in the winter and way too hot in summer. It was supposed to be a room for our newborn son and we cant keep him jn there. Pretty crappy.

In all my dealings with DiPierro Construction, not once has the finished product been nothing but spectacular. Ive used them for several projects and there is no one better in the city. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The construction team at DiPierro cares about the quality of the work they provide. Very difficult to find a honest contractor in the city, DiPierro is one of the few.
