Cant speak more highly of Paradise Cleaning & Restoration. They came immediately in Feb. 2015 when pipes burst in six places in my Middletown home. They pumped out water from the basement, set up fans and dehumidifiers and worked on a Sunday and Monday to get me started back on the long road to recovery from $90K worth of damage. They even returned immediately the following week when mold started behind walls where sheet rock was being removed. Would recommend them to anyone who asked. Everyone was friendly and sympathetic in a very stressful situation. Special shout out to owner Jim Paradise who successfully assisted when my insurance company questioned the amount of the claim for repairs.

PARADISE IS A TOTAL SCAM. They were sent in to clean up from water damage and we were told all was being coordinated through our insurance company, and we were to pay them first. They came in to collect equipment and left no paperwork to get reimbursed from the insurance company and just drove off with the check. They do not answer their phone when calling from one of the numbers they have as your contact info.

Charged us 750.00 and did not have the correct equipment or the ability to clean all of the windows. I called them because the original owners were friends of our family. Awful....
