My experience with Rawlings Floor Covering was perfect in every way. When I put a contract on a house in Wakefield I went in to the store and chose the wood flooring I wanted to have installed in the home. I received expert advice and help in choosing just the right floor for my home. When the contract was finalized I was out of state at my residence at the time. Rawlings did an excellent job of communicating with me over the phone and making the plans for the installation as soon as I closed on the house. We were working to have it done before my furniture arrived. The installer, Steve, talked to me on the phone and carefully explained what I would need and the timing. Richard coordinated the ordering, delivery and scheduling seamlessly. Steve arrived on the scheduled date as promised. His excellent craftsmanship and expediency in completing my job was astounding. All of my expectations were exceeded and I have beautiful wood floors on my entire upper level. I highly recommend Rawlings Floor Company!

So very happy with local business Rawlings Floor Coverings! We almost went with a big home improvement store but because of a scheduling mistake I called on Rawlings to help me out of a jam. Not only is their carpet superior to what I was getting, it was a great price and they treated me with the personal touch that you cant get at the big stores. They were ready with the carpet right on time and the installation was flawless. Weve had it for a little over 2 weeks now and were very happy with the carpet, and the gang at Rawlings are knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Id pick them over the big stores every time! In fact we will for our addition coming up ;)

Being price conscientious, we originally decided to check Home Depot for new carpet in our finished basement. We were looking for some advice and we didnt receive that or good service for that matter from the big box store. I will be the first to admit that we assumed a small business like Rawlings would be too expensive. Not only was it affordable but we felt very confident with Marks recommendation and the service and installation was very smooth. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of choices they have in stock. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for future projects!
