Extremely poor billing practices and customer service. Over priced and crowded as well. I requested to cancel my dual membership of almost two years with almost a week notice and they billed the following month and refuse to refund me although I have not stepped foot in the gym... While cancelling one of their management team mislead me to believe requesting a refund after the billing cycle would actually work And here I am still disappointed. No services, rendered, but if you give them your debit card they will bill you and get as much as they can, bunch of crooks of you ask me.

This is the best place to work out in Saco-Biddeford, hands down. It caters to a general fitness crowd and doesnt deserve its reputation for snobbishness at all. I see people of all shapes and sizes, and there are activities for people of any fitness level.
