We worked with Steven and his team - primarily James - when we bought our home this August. Steven was the sellers agent, and we came to his agency by asking about more information on one particular property. We did not have our own agent - so I can appreciate his ability to navigate the position he was in as a dual agent. James was very helpful, prompt and took us to see several other properties. Overall we found Steven and his team to be very responsive. He also clearly explained the process to us, which we appreciated because we recently relocated to Maine.

Steven can sell anything. He has always done a great job for me. (3 years ago after mentioning that I wanted to sell my house offhand, maybe, he had someone looking at it and putting an offer in within 30 mins. The next day the paperwork was signed.) Hes highly motivated and has great advise on how to maximize the potential of any property your trying to sell. If your buying or selling real estate there is no one better. Period.

Steve sold the property quickly, however his lack of local flood regulations created an unnecessary expense for me. He was willing to split the cost with me. If I would have been aware of a need for a survey I would have adjusted the asking price accordingly. His team was very responsive to my inquiries and returned all my calls and answered all my questions.
