Kathy Sullivan, a Realtor in association with your company, J. Pepper Frazer Real Estate of Nantucket, recently represented us in the purchase of our first Nantucket home. We were so impressed with Kathy, that we felt compelled to share our experience. To say that Kathy’s professionalism was outstanding would be an understatement. After our first introduction to Kathy, for the following two years, she kept us informed, via e-mails, with regards to available properties on island that might fit our criteria. After our application for the purchase was approved, Kathy’s recommendations for banking and legal services were an immense help to us, since we live in Pennsylvania. She has always made herself available to us and no questions have ever gone unanswered. When you are looking to rent on Nantucket there is only one place and one person you need to see and that is Chris "Don" Gatto at J Pepper Frazier. Running a boutique hotel in Boston I dont get to go on vacation and unwind to often but when I am planning my two weeks in paradise I dont wan to worry about all the details. That is why I call on Chris to take care of everything. I have worked with Chris for several years now and he brings a level of professionalism and expertise to get you what you’re looking for in a timely manner. He doesnt go MIA on you, he is with you every step of the way. Your describe your vision of what you are looking for and Chris takes care of the rest. His attention to detail and care does not stop once you have signed your contract and you’re on the books. His service continues on throughout your stay offering up suggestions on where to eat and go while you are on island. The personal connection Chris make with you wants you to come back over and over and that is what I plan on doing. Dont wait any longer, go and see Chris you will be glad you did!!

Chris Kling and the whole J.Pepper Frazier team are simply the best! The minute we met Chris during our first house hunting experience in April 2007 we were delighted by his friendly, welcoming spirit and knowledge and love of the island. For the next three and half years he not only guided our house hunting with sound advice, honesty and patience, he introduced us to the island making it possible for us to feel like it was our "home away from home". His professionl style was that he put us first and understood our goals (walk or bike to town) and kept us on track, built a sound foundation of trust and finally led us to the perfect house in 2010! Didnt I tell you that he was patient?! During that time we also got to know the J.Pepper Frazier Co., Dalton and Jen, Kathy and so many others and we have adopted them into our family! A walk into town is never complete without stopping by to say hello! Now J.Pepper Frazier is handling our rentals and "keeping it in the family" is the way for us to roll! We will always work with Chris and the agency for any of our real estate needs.

In 2009 my wife and I decided to finally take the plunge and buy a Nantucket property. We were very fortunate and found one of the best real estate agents on the island in late 2009, Kathy Sullivan from JPFCO. Kathy was great; she helped us through the entire process and is still available to this very day to help us out whenever we have an island-specific question or issue. Buying a property can be challenging in and of itself but throw in the uniqueness of Nantucket and you have a whole different ballgame. Finding someone w/ the breadth and depth of knowledge is essential! Kathy was able to help us navigate the market and we ended up buying a property in 2010 that we hope stays in our family for generations to come. If youre seriously thinking about buying your sliver of paradise in Nantucket, pick-up the phone and call Kathy!

JPFCO, Just The Best! Engaging JPFCO - and Angel Conrad Frazier in particular - was the best choice I could have made when I decided to sell my house. Every aspect of the transaction - from the moment I signed-on with Angel through her well organised open houses and clients visits to the signing of The Offer - was smooth and communication was fast and clear. In May of 2010 I contacted Roy Weedon from JPFCO desperately trying to find a house for June that would be suitable for my large family. Even with such short notice Roy started sending me all different options that fit my price range and suited my checklist of (many) needs. We ended up in a house that we loved and had the best vacation! I contacted Roy again this January and he was able to set me up with the exact house that I wanted within a few hours of my emailing him. I have been utilizing the services of John Arena at J Pepper Frazier for my familys search for a house on the island. John has an intimate knowledge of all of the different neighborhoods on ACK, and is able to provide details surrounding subtle differences among properties. He has been very consistent is his communication, and has been able to provide additional information whenever requested. Thanks to John, we were able to view a tremendous amount of inventory in a short period time during our visit. I would highly recommend John Arena for any real estate transaction on Nantucket.

We have dealt with four RE firms in Nantucket over the years but we are very impressed with the level and quality of service from JPFCo, especially Roy Weedon. His professionalism, commitment, and support were invaluable for our negotiations, the purchase, and also subsequent rentals. Roys excellent advice has also been very helpful as we deal with the renovation process in our home. He "knows the island" really well and you cannot overstate the importance of this. Somehow he also manages to get some time to sail IODs, work his black lab, and spend time with his family.

My experience working with Chris Gatto at Pepper Frazier was professional from beginning to end. Chris is responsive and very knowledgeable about Nantucket real estate.
