My wife and I have been renting from Arthur Thomas Properties for over 3 years now. In both apartments we have rented from them, we have had excellent and prompt service! We were first time renters when we met Tom and he was a big help in helping us understand all that was involved. Anytime we had questions or concerns, he got back to us quickly and with a helpful solution. Their turnaround time for maintenance requests exceeds what I could have hoped for. Most recently the refrigerator broke in our apartment. I called the office at 9:00 am, and by 1:00 that afternoon they were delivering our new one! You truly cant beat that type of service! They also have an extremely convenient online payment system on the website that makes paying rent easy and convenient. This was a huge help and prevented any issues with checks being lost in the mail. We will soon be looking to buy our first house and wouldnt go with any other realtor. They take pride in what they do and it shows! I cant say enough good things about our experience renting with Arthur Thomas Properties and would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental company!

Tom Toye and all of the staff at Arthur Thomas Properties are EXCELLENT! I have rented three different properties from Tom and he has always done everything he could to find the right fit for me and my family. Every interaction I have had with the staff at the Dover office has been charming as well. They are very straight forward and cater to your needs. Whenever I have requested a maintenance request it is followed up on in a timely manner and resolved immediately. Tom is also a real estate agent which means Arthur Thomas Properties is a “one stop shop for all property needs”. He has always worked hard to put the customer first and it is very apparent he has trained his staff to do the same. We look forward to the day Tom represents us in the purchase of our first home. They have acted extremely disrespectful of my intelligence; as if i dont even live here or experience things. Water dripping onto my bed is not out of the box crazy! It should be handled and dealt with. I feel Arthur Thomas is ignorant and apathetic about this old beautiful victorian house, that needs more upkeep then a modern house. They have been unwilling to work in a timely manner. im having to rip apart my entire house to fix a problem that has been being swept under the rug for months and now is too late. i have always disliked property management but this takes it to a new level. i suppose i was too fortunate to deal one on one with the previous owner. I DO APPRECIATE THE HANDY MAN who came to take a look, i never want to make a big deal out of things, i only am trying to help all of us fix leaks and holes while improving property value.

Having worked in real estate and the apartment leasing industry for many years in my recent past, I have to say that even I was impressed with the professionalism of Arthur Thomas Properties. It was an easy access to the posted listings and very straight forward. The broker / sales associate, Tripp Cox handled the apartment showing and application phase with the utmost efficiency and professionalism. I was truly amazed that everything was ready to go in one day.... today! The lease signing appointment is all set up, and my son is looking forward to moving into his new apartment. This was really a wonderful experience for my son & I. We will definitely recommend Arthur Thomas Properties to everyone we know that is looking for a new home!! Rachel :)

Worst Property managers. Signed a contract with them to manager properties for us. Didnt find tenants for us in 5+ months in a vacant apartment we had. We terminated our contract with them and rented the property right away. Other complaints from other properties we had with tenants in it: Tenants complained to us that they were never called back with complaints they had. When they did hear back things were not done timely. Tenants felt that the property managers didnt care about them at all, just in it for the money. To top it off when we terminated out contract we didnt receive our apartment keys back for our unit.

I recently moved to New Hampshire for a job and Arthur Thomas Properties was there to help me make a quick and easy transition into a rental property I could call home. Tom and his staff provide each and everyone of their tenants with professional service, courtesy, timely responses to any issues and, of course, awesome rental properties. Whether you are a local or out-of-state resident and need a rental property, Arthur Thomas Properties is where you need to go. My hat goes off to Tom and his staffs hard work to provide each tenant an great experience. I recommend them and was extremely happy with my experience.

Thieves. Claimed we didnt pay last month when our security deposit (from previous building owners) very clearly states that our deposit included first month, last month and an additional $1000. At the time, we couldnt find a copy of our lease and they simply didnt believe our lease/deposit included last month - we have since found the lease, clearly stating what our deposit amount was. We have emailed and called them a number times and havent heard back. Not looking forward to small claims court but that the route they wish to take.

Property Management: Arthur Thomas Properties has been managing our Dover rental units while we’ve been abroad – 2 years +. They’ve had plenty of issues to wrangle with and done the heavy lifting with competency and care. They look after our investment as we would and it’s comforting to know Tom and Penny are there to address all the concerns of our tenants and, at the end of tenancy, quickly get new ones in. It’s an incredible value in peace of mind. Strongly recommend the service.

I scheduled 4 showings to view apartment units through their web service show mojo. While the units themselves seemed like quality apartments, every showing I had scheduled was canceled the day before. Incredibly unprofessional for them to lead on potential clients, and cancel at the last minute. If they manage their properties as they manage their showings, I can only imagine its more of the same.
