We have gone to Joyce to assist us in finding an apartment, purchasing a house, and most recently, selling our house. She is hardworking and loyal, and will fight for her clients. When Joyce found us our apartment, she was told it had central A/C. She later found out it didnt have A/C, but she knew that feature was important to us, so she purchased us a window unit. With our house, she knew it was going to be listed before it came on the market. As a result, we were able to see the house and place an offer before anyone else. When it came time to sell, she gave us a manageable list of things to do involving cleaning and staging. We did, and we sold the house before having an open house. Joyce is upfront and tells it like it is; she does not sugar-coat anything. This may be a turn-off for some, but we have always appreciated it from her. Bottom line, Joyce knows the South Boston real estate market better than anyone else and will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Worst experience Ive ever had dealing with a realtor. Not treated at all like a client and constantly argued with and spoken to rudely. Pretty hard to stomach when you have to pay a realtor fee for the service theyre providing! Several things were listed on their website as being included and then I was told they werent. Price was to include a parking spot and then when I told them I wanted the spot they said the monthly rent would be $200 more (since then, Ive heard this place is famous for doing that so make sure you ask!). Also, make sure you get in writing what fees are due upfront- was told one thing when I put the deposit down and then a fee was added at lease signing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Jack Staley is derogatory, uncouth and overall unprofessional. Its amazing people still work with him. He does not care about anything or anyone with the exception of the check hes about to receive. Were not alone in this sentiment and have heard it from many Southie residents who have had the displeasure of crossing paths with him.

Was trying to set up a showing for an apartment. Broker was rude and never showed up for our scheduled showing time. Stay away from this company and all of their listings, they are a waste of your time.
