My property was for sale in a hot market for 6 months without an offer. Id spent a lot of money upgrading it but, still, no offers... I met Mike by accident and saw what hed done to another property and was completely impressed. I asked if he would look at my property and advise me why no offers were made. He assessed the property, made suggestions and then offered subcontractors he works with to quote some additional upgrading at a fraction of the price I might have found on my own. His suggestions made great sense and I really appreciated his help. I contracted with him to sell the property upon the expiration of the prior agents contract. Last month the upgrades were done....Curb appeal and internal appeal went off the chart.... The property quickly sold for asking price, and I have become a huge fan of Mike Becker. Honest, smart and capable....
