My sister and I started looking for an apartment the first or second week of December and we wanted to find something before I started school January 4th. We didnt think it was possible to find something we loved soon enough, particularly because of the time of year, and it probably would not have been if we hadnt been working with Colin. Colin is an amazing realtor and made the entire apartment search experience great, easy, and stress free. When he heard I was looking for an apartment, my coworker recommended Colin and gave me his contact information. He said that Colin had been great helping him find an apartment and that all of his friends who had worked with Colin thought he was great. My sister and I immediately fell in love with the first two apartments Colin showed us but those ended up falling through. We looked at over ten more apartments with other real estate agents and we hated all of them. My sister was so frustrated she just wanted to give up and take one of the apartments even though we both hated it and it was horrible compared to the apartments Colin had showed us. I insisted we wait a little longer and see what else Colin could find for us because I could tell he had a much better idea of what we were looking for than any of the other real estate agents. He found apartments in our price range that had everything I had asked him for and they were all very nice apartments- it was almost as though he could read our minds. My sister was so happy that I convinced her that we should just go with Colin and that she waited to see what other apartments Colin found for us. The next apartment he showed us we fell in love with immediately and we just moved in today. We are so excited and we really could not have done it without him! I am so happy my coworker referred me to Colin and now my mom wants him to help in a few months when shes looking for a new apartment herself. Colin was so helpful and genuinely made it worth going through a real estate agent despite the extra fees. He was easy to work with, very friendly, and always dropped us off at home after showing us apartments since my sister and I dont have a car. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone else I know who is looking for an apartment. Thanks!!

Collin Bray is amazing to work with!! I got in touch with Collin regarding my move to Boston that will happen in a few months after living in the Midwest my whole life. Collin responded to my emails promptly, and took the time to speak to me on the phone regarding the different areas of Boston I should consider, fees I can expect, and asked for things that were "must-haves" for me in an apartment so he could gather options. Once my family and I made the trip to Boston, Collin had set up multiple showings for us ahead of time that fit my specific requests. He offered to drive so we wouldnt have to worry about parking our car or navigating the city, was very patient with us while we discussed the pros and cons of each, and managed to efficiently show us 8 different apartments over the course of only 3 hours or so. Once I had decided which apartment I wanted, he negotiated the terms of the lease to better meet my financial needs and timeline. He even offered lunch recommendations and dropped us off at the restaurant once we were done for the day. Collin had my lease drawn up and ready to sign that night. He also arranged for me to be let back into the apartment the following day so I could take measurements for furniture, and checked in over the next couple of days to make sure I was happy with how everything went afterward, despite him being out of town on a personal trip. He made the process of finding an apartment so much easier than I thought it would be, especially since I live out of state. Collin was very personable, honest, and truly had my best interest in mind. I highly recommend him!

I worked with Collin at C21 Cityside for my recent condo purchase and it was a pleasure working with him! I am a first time home buyer, and had not done much homework on my own prior to my decision to start shopping. I knew nothing about real estate or home buying, so Collin pretty much gave me all the information i needed to know about the entire process...and then told me again, probably several times, when i had to ask again because its a complex process and there is so much to know! I had all kinds of random first time buyer questions, and Collin was very responsive (and patient) in replying to all of them. He is very knowledgeable about the South Boston market where i was shopping, and was very attentive to the qualities i was looking for in a condo. I went to many open houses and provided him with feedback on all of them. Once i found a place i wanted to make an offer on, he helped me understand that process and did all the negotiation for me, which i appreciate because i wanted nothing to do with that! Collin was very involved from start to finish and i ended up with a place that both he and i are certain will become a great investment!!

When we were looking for a real estate agent, efficiency was key. We wanted to work with someone who would work around our schedule (no easy feat), who was quick, to the point, with no time for BS. After speaking to a few other agents, we came across Will Natoli. He quickly exceeded our expectations. Our schedule was such that the only time we could look for property during lunch hour In spite of that, William was always available and made sure that we got to see each please as soon as it came on the South Boston very competitive market. I dont think i ever waited longer than 30 minutes for a return phone call or a return email. When we became desperate he always knew better and told us to wait for the right place. That place did come along and will did the impossible to get us in the house we wanted. He was very knowledgable and assisted with all our application. He made time to meet us any time we required help even after the normal working hours. I dont think I will work with any other agents. His professionalism and dedication has made us Century 21 Cityside customers for life.

I had a wonderful experience with Mariko Kanto! I got a new job in Boston and was moving from CA. I had 1 month to find a place in a specific area of Boston (because I sold my car and would be walking or taking the train to work). It also needed to allow dogs. Real Estate in Boston is CRAZY compared to what I am used to in CA. Places posted as available often go the same day to the first person who views them. That being said I had called over 20 Agents in Boston and all of them either did not respond or refused to work with me based on the fact I lived in CA or the fact I have a dog. This was not the case with Mariko! She went above and beyond anything I had expected! I had flown out to Boston one weekend hoping to find a place and had no luck and after I left she went out to places for me and took pictures and video to send me so I could make a decision from out of state. I had pre-filled out the paperwork so when we found a place we liked, she could submit us on the spot. I would definitely work with her again and encourage anyone else to do the same. 
