We initially chose Great Point Properties for their well established presence and long standing reputation on the island. We quickly came to form a close working relationship with Edward Sanford and Liz Finley that gave us an immediate feeling of trust. Their intimate knowledge and acute sense of the industry, along with a deep personal connection to the community makes them wonderful representatives. Liz and Edward are always accessible and accommodating and quick to show their care and concern for our needs. Every detail is handled professionally with a warm and sensitive touch. Great Point and Tracy Cullinane provided outstanding service arranging our rental, answering all of our questions, and ensuring we had a wonderful week on Nantucket island. Tracy sold my property for me on Seikinnow Place in January 2017. She was knowledgeable about how to get things done quickly and smoothly on the island (from surveying through getting a real estate lawyer to handle the closing).
