Just got my daughters brand new looking comforter back from cleaning. It was returned to us torn in 6 places and very wrinkled and the polyfill seriously bunched up. I asked for a full credit of the $35 cleaning charge due to the damage and was told no they would not refund the charge. They offered to have me pay a $250 inspection fee to send my comforter away for 4 weeks for a third party decision. I will never use this cleaner again and you should be very careful if you use them. User be ware!

The older woman is the rudest most ignorant business owner I have ever encountered. She talks to the customers like they are trash. The last time I went here she was so mean spirited and rude that the customer behind me followed me outside and said that he and his wife were going to another cleaners because they couldnt take that evil woman anymore! Im making a call to the Better Business Bureau about this cleaners and the female owner. She should not be allowed to treat the community so poorly.

I had a similar experience at this cleaners. The old female Asian women is so rude and racist. She is very nasty. I have wanted many a day to protest out side this store so people would know what kind of nasty spirited person owns this business. I have never gone back there again. I am a business owner myself and use dry cleaning services to clean my nurses uniforms. She lost good business and I hope people stop patronizing businesses that refuse to treat people equally.
