I dont recommend that you bring your clothes to this store to be cleaned. I brought my expensive blouse to get cleaned to this cleaner. When I brought it home, I noticed that there were two straight black lines on the front of the blouse that were not there before. I brought it back to the store and asked to have it cleaned again. The lady at the store tried to ignore it and said that she did not see the lines. She also called me a picky customer. She was probably the owner as she was working the cash register. Anyway, she said they would try to clean it again. When I picked it up again, it looked like nothing had been done to it like it had just been hanging for a few days, and the lines were still there. She again tried to ignore the lines and said that "maybe it is fabric". Cleaners are supposed to clean clothes and not make them dirtier. She never apologized for the blouse, even though they ruined it.

Ive been going to this dry cleaner and tailor for years. She has worked on my prom dress, both my graduation dresses, and soon my wedding dress. The Tailor does exceptional work every time, I am never left disappointed. They always guide me on what would look best, what trim would fit better, and what length would fall nicely. Ive brought Uggs to be cleaned here, a few duvets, and some blouses that Ive been extra careful about. Everything always comes back nicely and neatly. South Valley Cleaners has raised my expectations, and I always end up coming back to them.

I would suggest going elsewhere. Brought in 2 comforters Im positive werent cleaned. Smelled musty upon pickup. Dog hair on one. Items were supposed to be ready by Friday, I waited until Monday because I was busy. Still stood around for 15 minutes while they looked for one. Which I then watched them fold, take a steam iron to last minute, throw in a bag, and it still has dog hair on it. If I pay 70+ dollars to have them cleaned I expect better quality and customer service than this. I will be taking them on post to actually get cleaned this time.

We had smoke damage to over 50 pieces of clothing. South valley was recommended to us, now we are recommending them to you. I was very concerned about my husbands suits. We were very pleased with the results. They picked up & droped off our clothing. Some of the items were: many suits, leather jackets, sweaters, wool coats, hats & scarfs. We also had silk & lace items. We wanted to write a very good review because of how we were cared for by the South Valley Cleaners team. Good cleaners are hard to come by.

took a shirt in to have it hemmed. the shirt is now in the garbage! hem line was really wavy & they cut the bottom off crooked, then were resistant to giving a refund (had to pay before they altered). wish i could upload a pic... some would gasp, while others would find it comic relief. saw the wavy line through the plastic before she handed it to me. went there in the 1st place b/c their sign said, "EXPERT ALTERATIONS, 15 YRS EXPERIENCE". paper has never refused ink!

The workers are very fantastic and reliable, I made request for my clothes to be clean and pick up on Friday, however I stopped by on Thursday whiles shopping at the Plaza and to my surprise all was ready and set for my pick up, time is an excellent and essential tool for the success of every business and south valley cleaners at the Mount vernon Plaza stands out for that, please keep up with the great job, your customer services are just outstanding!!!

I been coming south valley cleaners from since 2006 about 11 years. Never been dissatisfied. Lady at the counter name Mia so friendly we became like family. There work is always fabulous and organic which is safe and good for my child. They also have very professional tailor who does all kind of jobs. I would highly recommend this best cleaner in town.

I love this place, they have sort of become like a family to me. when I first moved here, I tried other dry cleaners close to home and it was terrible, since I have to suit up for work it was important that I found a place I can trust. It is this people that made feel at home. There is also a very skilled lady for your alteration needs
