DONT GO TO THIS ZIPS! Use one of the other 3 drycleaners nearby. The savings are NOT worth the trouble, damage, theft and losses. I had been using another cleaners nearby and gave ZIPS a shot due to the prices and amount i needed cleaned. First issue: Long line and most employees barely speak or understand english. Second issue: I asked for ALL dry cleaning, 2 suits and 8 shirts...i assumed this was clear and did not look at the receipt till i was at my office and saw the shirts were marked for laundry so i called and explained that i wanted all of it drycleaned...after trying to explain this simple fact for 5 minutes she finally understood and said they were marked for laundry and that she didnt have time to find them so they would go to drycleaning after....wtf Third issue: I forgot cufflinks on one shirt so on that same call back i said this and the lady said she would find them and hold them. I called later, they had been found...when i pickup my clothes they are nowhere to be found and after 3 in person visits and multiple phone calls the manager Johanna was no help and said the owner would call me...the owner never called after a month and they were never in the store when i went in. Fourth issue: The drycleaning was terrible, creases where there shouldnt be any, some stains still there that would have been easily removed at one of the other cleaners nearby. DONT GO TO THIS ZIPS! My cufflinks were clearly stolen/lost. My clothes damaged and they wont deal with their issues. The owner doesnt exist and has no interest in custoemr service.

sjjs3030 We should be clear what ZIPS is: - A place you can take your cloths to get pressed on the same day at a good price. - They are not a place if you want your cloths cleaned that may have a minor stain and expect them to get it clean. It takes at least two or three times to finally get it clean that is after they put the green tape on it the first time. I actually had a shirt that was returned with the green tape iron on the shirt. No kidding. -- They will not tell you that the shirt still has a stain on it period. I have had many shirts returned that has a big stain in the front that could not have been missed. At least 15 and starting taking pictures of them because it was unbelievable. - Do not take any good cloths there because of the rough, mass produced process your cloths go through. Women - if you have a good dress like a formal grown or something expensive then you would be crazy to do it. I gave up calling the manager & owner to complain because they do not return your calls and if they do cant speak any english. Oh ya, the front desk staff has very bad english and when you ask them questions they dont understand what they are saying. Final note - Check your cloths before you leave otherwise you will get burned. If you plan to just pack the cloths from Zips for a business trip, you might want to check them twice. Some of these reviews are not in par with my experience for over two years. I only use them when I am in a rush and understand the consequences. My opinion and amazing pics.

I wear nice s***t everyday. 95% of it is dry clean only. Regularly i spend about 60 dollars a week on dry cleaning. Zips has messed up in the past. No big deal. Missing button here, couldnt get stain out there no biggie. But today i go to pick up my clothes. I get them home and remove the plastic.... HOLY S**T! They smelled like stone cold, the rock, and the undertaker put on my clothes and lifted weights. Then let jordan and lebron borrow my suits and they finally had 1v1 and it got heated, no deordorant. Then jordan and lebron got tired. And Ser Gregor Clegane needed a towel after jousting for hours and he used my blazer. WTF. Im taking them back tomorrow. They will fix it or loose my business forever. Disgusting....

I am extremely unhappy at ZIPS at Scaggsiville , MD! This morning I went there to pick up my white dress. I found 3 obvious stain on my dress directly. The owner of the shop said he will not waste his time to clean the dress. And then he turned around and left! I paid my dress to be cleaned! I am not the only one in my neighborhood hate them and there are people had even worse story with them than me!

Horrible place. Poor service, Damage clothes and dont care. Dont settle for less, just because you pay less. It ends up costing you more in trips, damaged clothes ect. There are other great dry cleaners that truly want you business.

Damaged my garment and had me fill out a form for reimbursement. After 5 weeks for trying, no one at the store seems to want to help, and the owner will not return my calls. Dont take anything you value or cant replace to this location.
