I know this place is convenient because of its location, but their shoddy work and refusal to take responsibility for mishaps is inexcusable ! Ex #1) My husband was recently returned a shirt that was very much like the one he dropped off, but NOT the one (the one they gave back was regular fit, his was slim fit). They essentially refused to admit the mistake, look for his real shirt and said he must have two of the same shirt (he does not). Ex #2) Then, I dropped off a dress to be hemmed/taken in with a belt physically ATTACHED to the dress. It was returned with NO BELT, which I realized on the day of the wedding in which I was supposed to wear the dress (as a warning sign, when I went to pick up the dress, it took them about 20 minutes to find it). When I called begging for them to look for the belt, they said they did and it was not there and I must not have left it. I am 100% positive I left the belt attached to the dress. But, I also searched high and low in my house and car to make sure. Not only did they lose the belt, they refused to even refund the $30 which I paid for the services in which the belt was lost. These owners are sloppy, have terrible business etiquette and are not worth the money for their mediocre dry-cleaning and terrible tailoring services.

So despite the bad reviews I decided to take a chance with them since the last review was over a year old. Well looks like much hasnt changed. I took in 6 shirts and I got back 5... Even when I dropped off my 6 shirts I had to correct him and tell him I had 6 shirts. Unfortunately I didnt bother checking my ticket when I left because I assumed after tell the man the he would correct it on his computer. Not so. I didnt even bother going back to claim that he lost one of my shirts because I didnt think it was worth my time and I have no proof that I actually dropped off 6 shirts except for my own word. I will say that after checking my items they did come black nicely cleaned and pressed. I gave them 2 stars because the service was indeed good and my items were cleaned as promised but they lost one of my shirts...

This business is absolutely shoddy. Paid to have 3 dresses altered and they were not at all done correctly. The employees (owners?) couldnt care less. The last thing I wanted was to have them try again. Unwilling to work with us so I told them I was going to dispute this charge. The male employee just shrugged it off and said, "Have at it." We did and will never visit this establishment again. See for yourself - this business offers terrible customer service, it looks absolutely chaotic when you walk in and they cant even follow through with a simple dress alteration.

Not sure where "erin" went but ive been going here since 2006 and they are still the best. Ive had everything done here, shoe resouling $18, re-heelings a shoe $11, dry cleaning a suit $3-4, shirts dry cleaned .99, damages to suit fixed (both stains and tears), and the service is awesome. I even once brought in a bathroom rug for alterations and they took care of it. Need things done quickly, no problem just ask Joe at the front counter. Dont forget to bow and say the traditional greeting of "An Yang Zao"

I dont know about the other reviews but this place is great. I have been going here for a while now and their service is amazing and the prices are very reasonable! I have gotten stains out of my clothes and alterations done here with out any problems. Not to say my skin is very sensitive and this cleaners uses organic materials to clean the clothes. Also my clothes are always ready in a couple of days and they seem to try their best to fulfill my requests.

Was a loyal customer until they gave me a shirt that wasnt mine. Went to give it back to them and figure out what happened to my item and the owner gets very defensive and says he gave me the random shirt as an extra. Totally sketchy - I dont trust this place, and after asking around have heard many other negative reviews. Going elsewhere from now on.

I have been going here for a few years. After working in dry cleaning for a few years I have always been pretty picky with my dry cleaners. Their prices are good and they are quick and do good work. My husband got his wedding suit altered here and they did a great job. Customer service is fine - not the friendliest but they are not rude.

Worse customer service ever. Basically declined to hem my clothes because i only had a few pieces and according to the lady that works there were "not worth her time". Also, they quoted me too much compared to another seamstress i ended up going to. Final verdict: bad customer service, rude behavior, and overpriced.

I have had a completely different experience at this dry cleaners from what other people have written. I have been going here for years. Prices are competitive to other dry cleaners, people are friendly, and they have done some great alteration work. I hope I continue to be satisfied.

I have been happy with the cost, turnaround time, and results for my dry cleaning and minor alterations (hemming, patching jeans, etc). I dont require frequent trips to the cleaners but have been going here for a few year--Im happy to have a good neighborhood spot for this!

What are their hours? ALSO, note that when they say your stuff will be ready by a certain day, they MEAN after 5PM on that day.
