Ive been a client of Zips in Laurel for about 3 years. They have cleaned high quality wool and linen business suits, wool, silk and linen dress slacks and cotton, silk and linen dress shirts for me during that time. Service is quick, costs reasonable and results excellent. Starch level on shirts is always correct and as requested. I had one shirt I had made a mess of trying to hand wash and they were able to restore it to wearable condition. I also had a trench coat that I had damaged and they were able to repair and clean to new condition. I highly recommend them for all your dry cleaning needs.

Dry cleaning service is sub par. I have received jackets that still had stains around the pit from sweat and the last two I recently picked up after being redone, one still had sweat odor around the pits and the other still has the same smell prior to cleaning which doesnt make sense. Laundry issues - I picked up my laundered shirts and although pressed there was evidence of many small creases in the fabric all around the shirt. Due to the hot press used to iron the shirt these were very difficult to remove with a steamer. Not sure what is going on at this location but I wont be going back.

For your day-to-day work clothes, this place does a decent job cleaning and pressing your clothes. They did rip a pair of pants that I bought. They only offered a small discount and would not replace the pants. I did not worry too much because they were inexpensive Express pants. However, I would not trust them to clean gowns, dresses, or expensive coats. I would use a more premier cleaner for those "heavy-duty" jobs.

most horrible dry cleaners experience ever!! they destroyed my 200$ wool coat trying to get stains out. seemed like they used sandpaper on it. their manager told me that its just texture that got messed up/// really??? it looks worse than it was before i turned it in. i wish i washed it myself/// 2 other items they never got cleaned. mostly worried about my coat. $200 trashed!! be aware!!!

I brought in 8 pairs of pants to be altered and the cashier showed me to the bathroom to change. As soon as I realized that she would be pinning my pants this feeling of dread came over me. It dawned on me that my clothes were on a bathroom floor and I thought to myself," I have to go somewhere else cause these people are going to mess up my new clothes!" So I did.

Customer service hasnt been very good. Also had shirts come back they didnt appear to be washed but indeed were pressed. Not to mention suits coming back with hair on them and full of lint. Did someone wear my clothes? Probably not but part of me wondered.

6 stations only 1 or two employees working. Day after Memorial Day you think they would have more employees working being that they were closed for two days. Line was out the door, there has to be a better way to get dry cleaning done in Laurel.

They do a good job. Customer service is their weak spot it thank goodness you dont have to interact much with staff- just hand them your ticket and get your clothes. I dont have any problems here with lost articles, which is good.

Zips is always on point with there costs. Although this location can get very busy at times their quick to get more assistant to help customers when needed. Professional and fast service at an affordable cost. What more can I say.

Zips is not the best cleaner and they limit what they will clean, based on material and any pieces on the clothes, etc. But they are good for their prices.

Dry cleaning is fine, but trying to get a patch put on a uniform can definitely be done for less and with less hassle/time somewhere else.
