This business takes zero responsibility for your garments. If things disappear, you get a non-sensical scolding from the management telling you its your responsibility to count the number of items when you dropped them off - nevermind that the ticket shows they accepted the item and they acknowledge they lost it. Basically, if you dont mind losing articles for which you will get, at most, $30 back, then wave your garments goodbye when you drop them off, because it could very well be the last time you see them. And if you have a lost garment or any problems, good luck trying to talk to management. The staff will make you basically stalk the shop waiting for management to show up so you can discuss your lost garment with them. Do your clothes and your patience a favor and go somewhere else. This business will give you nothing but aggravation.

Missing buttons, double creases, stains...all of these have happened to my garments. Its a crap shoot bringing your clothes here. It depends on who is at the counter the level of customer service offered. I ve had some friendly and helpful and some who have a stank attitude. I check my clothes thoroughly before I pay them because if there is a problem, they are going to have to fix it. I havent had an issue w/ them making corrections, but leaving the garment and having to come back is an inconvenience. I wont bring my high-end items to them, no way, somehow a dime sized stain wound up on a coral skirt suit. They suggested I may have brought it in like that. Really?! Any way I did not pay for it and havent been back since.
