I needed to get a dress shortened (a fairly simple alteration), and was told it would get done in a week. When I came back on the day my receipt said it would be finished, she said that she had just completely forgotten about it, but that she would do it the next day. I came back a WEEK later and she again confessed that she forgot about it, but that she would do it immediately that evening, to be ready any time tomorrow. I came back the next day and she said her "machine broke" that morning, and it still wasnt done. If her machine broke, she could have called me, because she had my number, but she didnt. Or, she could have just finished it 9 days ago like she was supposed to. By this time I was already strapped for time and did not trust her claim that some guy would fix her machine the next day. I felt like a very unvalued customer and would never think of coming back here again.

I travel to conferences for a living, have been on the road for two weeks, and ran out of clothes. I needed to get dry cleaning for a conference that starts on Monday. I didnt get in till Saturday night so there were no options. Not only was she open on Sunday, she hand pressed the clothes that I needed for Monday morning while dry cleaning the rest that I can pick up Monday afternoon. All in All, less than a 24 hour turnaround, while having clothes for the next morning. Best service Ive not only had in DC but anywhere. Im am from the west coast and service like this is unprecedented.

5 Star service, no joke. I got off the train in union station and needed to find a place to quickly iron my clothes for a presentation that was happening a few others later. I called a few and no one could do it in house. Finally, I got them and Sue picked up and said, "come right away." Before I knew it, she was hand ironing my clothes and 20 minutes later I was in a cab on the way to my presentation! Thanks so much Sue!

Great service by great people! I brought in a delicate dress that was coming undone at the arms, and Sue said shed take care of it. Said and done, when I returned there wasnt even a trace of the damage Id done. Very polite, very amicable, and very dedicated to good work. Definitely my go to place. Last but not least, very reasonable in price.

The only tailor I trust to get a suit right. Tonight, I damaged my suit pants and needed that specific suit for an event the next day. With only minutes before close, she hemmed the pants after close while I waited. You could not find a better or more trusting tailor in this city.

Vastly over priced. When I arrived to pick up my suit, it wasnt finished. I had to wait while the tailor tried to complete it. I should have known better than to rush it at that point as the work turned out to be quite poor.
