I brought in a sweater with a small spot on it. When I picked up the sweater, they did not say a word about the fact that not only did they not get the spot out, they made it bigger and turned it an ugly brown. When I went back to show them what they had done and ask for my money back for the dry cleaner, and that they either redo or reimburse me for my ruined sweater. She denied it was my fault, got angry and flustered at me and said she made it better since the stain was now lighter! Then she refused to even refund what I had paid for in dry cleaning and denied that she did anything wrong by not pointing it out. She continually said it was my fault and grew more and more irrational. Do not go to this dry cleaner.

Do NOT ever use this cleaners. They are by far the worst cleaners I have ever visited AND have the worst customer service. Each and every time I drop something off with a stain, Im assured theyll clean it for me and EACH and EVERY time the stain is present again (these arent oil stains, but simple soy sauce or dirt). The owners will occasionally volunteer to re-clean your item. Despite this re-cleaning, the items are often still dirty and the owners offer nothing else in terms of recourse for their incompetence. Lastly, their manner of speaking to their customers is abhorrent. I have never been treated in such a rude way by a business that needs to rely on customers. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

I should have listened to the other reviewers. I came here out of convenience (I live above the location) and will never return. Overpriced overall. I paid $20 to have top sown and they did a terrible job. I spoke with the sewer about it and she said she had done a perfect job. That was pretty much the end of the conversation. I paid my $20 for the job I could have done myself and left. Bad bad bad. I will go out of my way to give someone else my business.

Had 15 shirts dry cleaned here, 4 came back with broken buttons which the dry cleaner would not replace or give me my money back for the services rendered. In addition, the one shirt had 5 buttons broken or melted off... The attitude of the owner is outrageous as she screamed at me that I was lying and they were not responsible, even though the shirt had clearly not been worn since dry cleaned as it had a tag on it still.

A dress came back with a stain that wasnt there before. They OVERCHARGE .. you have to catch them - call them out on their prices. Charged me $2.00 more on every dress - over $10 too much They miss-hemmed my husbands pants, and when he went back to get them fixed they blamed HIM and wont fix it NEVER have I met more un-professional, aweful people who dont care about their customers. STAY VERY FAR AWAY!!!!!!

They repaired my shoe within two weeks but never informed me. When I picked it up they charged me $21.20 which is reasonable but not necessarily the best price for a simple seam sew. Had they informed me the shoe was ready, I would give them 5 out of 5 stars. But they left it on the shelf instead of calling me as they had promised. I would go here again being fully mindful of their lack of communication.

There are two dry cleaners in this neighborhood. Chose this one because its cheaper. I got what I paid for. Nice pair of express photographer dress pants, gone! I didnt stick around much to argue and just said never coming back. I didnt keep my receipt so I couldnt prove it. Plus I felt bad for the lady waiting behind me. Lesson learned; keep your receipts!

DO NOT VISIT BEFORE THEY PLAN TO CLOSE ON JUNE 14th. They lost a button I paid them to sew back on a coat. Then, they refused to even look for it! (Literally she said i will not look for it) They also refused to refund money for the service that was not performed! Stay away while they are still there. They are in steal money and dont care mode.

A solid dry cleaner. They are convenient, polite, and always willing to go the extra mile. A few times I have called ahead when I was going to arrive after they closed and they stayed open an extra 5-10 minutes to accommodate me. I have had normal dry cleaning done here as well as alterations and minor fixes like buttons - all, without issue.

Being an alterations newbie, I had no idea how long itd take to hem a dress, and I went in on a Tuesday, wanting the dress ready for an interview on Thursday!! The woman told me it usually takes a week, but got it done for me by Wednesday at 6:00pm, and didnt charge me any extra! Excellent service, definitely earned a repeat customer.

Ive taken all of my clothes here for 1 year, when yesterday, a white shirt was returned with blue lint all over the shirt. The shirt looked gray. I tried to remove it with a lint roller, but to no avail. I returned to the store where the woman said "These shirt only 99 cents, they laundered, cant redo." I left, never to return.

Seems this is a case of reviews being written when things go wrong. Ive never had any issue with the place but Ive never had more than basic dry cleaning to be done. Theyre fine for the neighborhood.

OMG!! Just horrible service. I was assured that shirt would be ready to go and it wasnt. I was told one thing and then pushed the time back. Now I have to scramble for clothes to wear.

I liked this place at first but then after a while they changed their pricing and no longer offer specials. Its an average cleaners but without their specials, its nothing special.

They helped me last minute when I needed a lot of patches sewn on. Normally this takes a week, but they were able to get it done in 24 hours for me, and they did a great job.

While prices are reasonable, I had similar experiences with shorts. When I brought one back to be redone, she had the nerve to charge me! STAY AWAY!
