I reached out to Mark, scheduled an appointment, and had the appointment within a weeks time. He gave me a two hour time frame in which he would arrive. On the day of the appointment, he gave me a call when he was 20 minutes out so that I would exactly when to expect him. When he arrived at my apartment he came in, looked through the apartment and measured it. He then got his equipment and went straight to work. He was quick and efficient at giving the entire apartment the cleaning it needed. He was also very friendly and informative regarding the Chem Dry processes. If i were staying in the area, I would definitely use his services again, and recommend that others use M&M Chem Dry!

Mark and Mary are fantastic! They are reliable and very courteous. Its not a bother having them in my home. What theyve done to my carpet and area rugs is amazing. With two pets in the home, its hard to keep things clean. But, theyve managed to leave my home looking and smelling like brand new (even with canine diarrhea issues upstairs.) The cleaners they use are all non-toxic, and with the type of extraction method they use, everything was dry in approx. 2 hours. My home feels soooo fresh! Thank you Mark and Mary! Thanks for calling before you arrived, showing up on time, and doing one heck of a cleaning job. See you next year. :)

Mr. Minnich arrived on schedule and completed the work in a very professional manner. Care was taken to protect the furniture and the carpet looked really nice and clean. Special effort may have been necessary to complete the stairs and walk-through area of the living room. They looked great and my wife and I were very satisfied. I love when Chem Dry (Mr. Minnich) comes to clean our carpets. They always look new, smell fresh and absolutely beautiful. We have 2 dogs and a cat and I vacuum at least every other day. Our golden retriever loves to roll around on the carpets and sheds tremendously. So cleaning the carpets is a must. Thank you for taking the time to make them look great.

I was extremely satisfied with the service provide by M&M Chem Dry. We had them clean and sanitize 2 mattresses for us. One of the mattresses had been in storage for almost 5 yrs and was not wrapped, and had a blood stain on it. M&M was able to get 70% of the stain removed and did an excellent job cleaning and sanitizing it. I highly recommend them.

Mark does a great job. Arrived on time and called to let me know he was on the way. The carpets look amazing. I really thought the only solution was to replace them, but Mark got all the stains out and even though they are old (1989) they look so good now.
