Warning: This business may or may not be open when you go to pick up your dry cleaning. Despite the posted hours, Ive been inconvenienced more than once with no one in the store to help you during business hours. If the door is locked, theres a handwritten sign in the window telling you to call the owner at a 703-exchange number, but the voice mailbox is full and you cannot leave a message. You can call and leave a message on the main business line, and they will call you back if theyre in. Unless you have tons of time and patience, and like making multiple trips to pick up your dry cleaning, you might want to think twice.

I would give a negative if I could, it has to be the most poorly run business I have been a costumer of. Was late for my interview because it opened two hours late from the posted time. I would never leave my garment here my clothes still had stain and it was almost the same as when I drop it!!!

This cleaners didnt do a good job with customer service. I paid full price for my cloths to be cleaned. I gave them 13 garmets to clean and only got back 12. Also a shirt of mine was ruined. They never reimbursed me, for my pants and never gave me, my money back for cleaning them.
