I called before arriving & the woman who answered was very short with me. I barely got my question out in full before she was ready to hang up the phone. Once arrived I was expecting a line out the door by her quick need to hang up (but there was none) but I digress. I presented the dress & she immediately started speaking non verbally only facial expressions. I asked if there was a problem she said not enough material. I explained there are 2 additional inches of material aligned in the dress & she said no. I tried it on & she still refused. Lastly I presented the same dress to a different cleaners & guess what? The job was able to be done. Safe to say this woman picks & chooses her articles of clothing.

Ive been going here for about 2 years. Each time I go I have 20 or so shirts and 20 or so pants. They have done a great job each time and have never damaged a single item of clothing. I recommend them.

I called to ask a alteration question and the lady that answered was very rude. She would barely allow me to get the question out. I wont be spending my money there.
