19 MAR 2010 - this cleaners almost ruined my daughters satin brides maid dress. They claim to provide "expert alterations". I gave them 5 days to simply hem my daughters bright pink satin dress. I asked them if they could hem it without any stitching showing on the outside (as it was in its original condition). They said "yes we can". The day before the wedding, I picked it up and it was HORRIBLE! They hemmed a pink satin dress with white thread. You could see the stitches on the outside of the dress. The hem was pressed so badly that you could see two horizontal lines top and bottom. You should not have seen any hem at all or stitches. I complained about the shotty work. They redid it by hand; it was better but still poor workmanship. I had to ask for a partial refund. They grudgingly refunded 50%. No apology at all. I had to have a family member FIX their "expert alterations" so my daughters maid of honor dress wasnt ruined for the wedding. No more or my business here!!!!!

If there were 1/2 star rating I would give it to Festival Cleaners :( This is the WORST cleaners I have ever been to in life. I am 41 years old and a professional women. This cleaners charged me 25.50 to clean a creme color coat and a silk shirt.I had to take it back Twice because it was still dirty and not ironed properly. There were stains still on my blouse that were not there when I bought it in the first time. The manager was so ghetto he implied my clothes were second hand. My items were from Ann Taylor and had only been worn twice. Do not take your clothes to this cleaners they do HORRIBLE work and will damage your clothe. Now my silk blouse looks dingy because they used too much cleaning fluid. The less than smart manager refused to give me my money back but wanted to clean my items a third time....duh!!!! Please find another cleaners to attend this one is not good. They do not know how to take care or property clean clothes!!!!

I was in Waldorf on business and ended up leaving all of my dry cleaning behind when I left. Mike was incredibly helpful, packaging it up and shipping it to me in NH - and he refused to accept payment for his time. I couldnt be more appreciative! Very customer service oriented and friendly, I highly recommend Festival Cleaners!

DO NOT GO HERE..... THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE OWNER JENNIFER DOSE A HORRIBLE JOB ON ALTERATIONS AND DID NOT SHOW UP TWICE FOR OUR FITTINGS..... THEY ALMOST RUINED A 500.00 PROM DRESS .. we took our dress somewhere else..... stay away from this place.
