We went in for alterations on a pair of slacks. The woman was on a 3 way video call the whole time she was doing the measurements. When we got the slacks back they didnt fit right because the rear seam was not centered. Wont be going back. My advice is get off the phone and pay attention to what youre doing when servicing a customer.

Recent ownership change brought on very poor quality. Stains on shirts, poor pressing, late delivery. I had to repeatedly have cleaning redone. They damaged a shirt and would not take responsibuility. I wouldnt use them if I were you, Im certainly never going back! Youve been warned!

I visit here regularly to drop off my clothes for cleaning and alterations, and they always do a great job. Owners are very nice and it is always a pleasure to give them a visit.
