Where do I begin... I have been using Zipps at this location for about 1 year. The majority of my clothing I get laundered and dry cleaned so I am regularly bringing in items and large amounts. The first indication was 5 months in when for the first time in 25 years of dry cleaning services I was missing clothing. I went to Zipps and inquired of the manager if they had any lost or unidentified clothing that had not been claimed. He took me in the back to show me a rack of items to look through but, of course, my items were no where to be found. Couple of months after that I again had a shirt and a pair of slacks come up missing. When I inquired again I received the same less than enthusiastic response to my complaint with no resolution. After tearing up my closet to make sure I wasnt losing my mind and overlooking my items, I wanted to speak to the owner. Of course, depending on who you talk to there, I got 2 -3 different answers as to when the owner is available and onsite, all of which seemed to be very little and at times of day that most people are working. Fast forward to recently and yup, you guessed it, more items missing. This time 4 more shirts unaccounted for with no idea what happened to them. I went to the store this time and demanded they investigate this. The manager, after having to demand some action, pulled my tickets from the past month and said he would review the video to see what I had picked up. Promised to get back to me the next day and I still have not heard from him several days later. It is really upsetting to be treated as if I have nothing better to do than to play CSI to find my clothing. Customer service is pretty much non-existent at this place and it seems to stem from the top. I guess because its inexpensive the ownership feels it owes its customer nothing in the form of attention to detail and good interaction and follow up with customers. Sure its fast, inexpensive but ultimately not worth it if the establishment is careless with my items and doesnt care to help me resolve issues with its service. Now I am out several hundreds of dollars in clothing that I likely cant find again and replace even if I was given the money for them. Sometimes inexpensive is just plain CHEAP and in the case of this place, very fitting.

I used this zips location for about 3 months without any problems. However, about a month or so ago when I dropped off my clothes, they were returned to me with burn holes in 3 pairs of brand new pants. I went through the proper channels to have this resolved, and I eventually spoke with the owner. He informed me that he wouldnt refund me and took no responsibility for the mistake. The company policy is to reject clothes with defects, and he did admit that if indeed the clothes were not his companies fault, that his employees failed at doing their jobs. This is unprofessional business behavior. I have since found a new dry cleaner and havent had any issues. Unless you want your clothes ruined - Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place isnt managed professionally. Side note: While collecting invoices for the damaged clothes, the salesperson at my clothing shop mentioned this dry cleaner before I mentioned any names - This place has a well deserved bad reputation in the area - Do your research.

This ZIPS location ruined my clothes! My dress shirts came back with deep creases, and they had ironed the collar flat. My shirts were all stiff as a board (even though I asked for light starch). They were so bad that I had to throw two away. My blazers came back looking worse than when they went it. Their press basically melted the material, adding an unattractive sheen to the sleeves. IF YOU GO TO THIS ZIPS PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING! I have had two instances where they mixed my clothes up with other peoples. The first time this happened 2 out of 5 shirts were not mine. They spent 15 mins going through the rack trying to find them. The second time they gave me someones sweater in place of my dress pants. Be cautious and double check everything!

My barely used ( worn twice) and high quality dress shirt was destroyed during the cleaning process. The shirt was given to me with the manager indicating it was already ripped when I brought it in for cleaning....unequivocally false. I was the told in early November that the manager would review the tape to determine if the shirt was damaged when I brought it in....? Its now the end of December and I havent heard a word. I also cant get through when calling the location. Destroying clothing at a dry cleaner and not taking responsibility= bad business Not responding or being available for customers= bad business Maybe this low cost/ high volume model is flawed. The adage, "you get, what you pay for", holds true.

Received the worst service ever here, Picked my leather coat that had the lining repaired , the deal was it was supposed to be partly replaced, instead he had merely sewn the seam up and when i came to pick it it it still had a hole in the problem area had to wait an additional 25 mins for it to be finished when it was said to be finished 2 days ago. also the manager there was not helpful at all Will Rosales had a very nonchalant attitude and wasnt very helpful which left me very irate. The alterations guy Roger was very combative and didnt want to fix my item properly until i became angry. Very disappointed mY SUGGESTION IS DO NOT PATRONIZE AND DONT TAKE ANY QUALITY GARMENTS HERE THE PR

I have been using zips for a months or so now. theyve done a decent job with suits, pants and shirts. When i gave them two ties to clean, things went south. I had them re-do twice and they were just ruined. Basically, when you clean a tie, you have to be very careful about how hard you press it. Most ties have some thickness to them and that is part of the look of the tie. When you get that back and it has been flattened paper thin with odd creases along the sides and misshapen, there is just no going back. The manager was fair and reimbursed me for the value of the ties. I will continue to go to zips, but will not bring my ties there.

I just got off the phone with these folks, the man who answered the phone was in short RUDE RUDE. He acted as though he couldnt hear me and hung up on me. So clearly they want no new business and judging by the reviews they wont get me in the door either. Wanted to get my Mother in laws wedding dress sealed it is over 60 years old. Wont trust it to them for sure

Standing outside at 8:01pm with one of many burnt ties! Should have read these reviews before coming here... What a joke.. -- Edited review to 3 stars, manager gave a decent 101 on tie care the day after and offered a small credit on a future services. Notable that it has been over a year later and Ive never gone back to a Zips to use my account credit.
