My family has been using Dorsey Cleaners for the past 5 years. The location is convenient to home and work. We have received nothing but excellent customer service and excellent dry cleaning. This dry cleaner goes the extra mile to make sure customer needs are met. I along with my wife and children have had numerous alterations and repairs that we needed done as quick as possible. Dorsey Cleaners took care of us on every occasion. Prices are extremely competitive and the dry cleaning is excellent. If you are looking for a professional and friendly place for your dry cleaning needs, this is the dry cleaner to use.

I had a last minute suit/shirt dry cleaning request for Dorsey Cleaners before a business trip and brought in my clothes by 9am. They were extremely helpful, guaranteed same-day service because they clean on-site, and even gave me their standard discount because it was a big job! I would definitely use them again, and recommend them without reservations. Customer service was awesome.

Used to go to another cleaners known for their cheap prices, but after having some clothes messed up...looked up this place and saw the great reviews and I can attest all said is true...a real mom and pop shop that always goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy...loyal customer for two years now... 5 stars!!!!

These guys are AWESOME!!!! I have been comming here for the past 5 years and have never been disappointed. They have done dry cleaning and countless alterations all with perfection. The owners are great people and customer service is #1. I would give 10 stars but 5 is all google will let me give.

For the first time I have found the dry cleaner that I will never switch from! I trust that each time I hand my clothes over to Tommy (owner) that he will take the best care of them! The prices are great! The service is Excellent! I suggest everyone stop by this wonderful business!

Their cost per shirt is 1.70, which apparently means that unlike every other place in this area you get a wrinkled and mis pressed shirt back. No other cleaner is this bad. Avoid if you actually want things pressed nicely or want to pay nearly $3 a shirt for it to be done right.

Highly recommended. Excellent customer focused service. I tried a different cleaner a couple days before, but they werent timely or personable. It was a huge relief to find Dorsey Cleaners. The owner goes out of his way to welcome a new customer.

Love this cleaners. Located in a new shopping center next to a dunkin donuts. They always have my clothes done when I need and they do a great job. Highly recommended.
