I hate to be the person to leave a bad review - and Ive never had a bad experience at other locations. However, the experience at this location has been lousy at best. Brought in six items to be drycleaned, a comforter to be cleaned, a dress to have the zipper repaired, and a pair of suit pants to be rehemmed. I waited until the last items were due to be completed, and went to pick up everything. Dry cleaning items were done, comforter was supposedly washed, but not bagged, dress was not complete, and they couldnt find my suit pants. Went back the next week to pick up my past-due dress, and try again for my suit pants, and they finally admitted they LOST my dress pants. They said to call back and talk to the owner, because no one on the premises could do anything for me. Tried calling twice, couldnt reach the owner. Went back in, and the assistant manager on the premises didnt know anything about my missing pants. The staff was going to leave a message for the owner, and have him call me directly. Tried calling again today, and I have now been on hold for a half hour trying to reach the owner.....

I will never use this place again. Had originally gone here due to good online reviews but learned my lesson. I paid a rush fee for three pairs of pants to be repaired. When I showed up to pick up those pants as well as other clothes two of those pants werent initially there and they included an extra shirt. I told them it wasnt my shirt and that I was missing two pants. The first response concerned the shirt, the stores first reaction was to show me security camera footage of the shirt being dropped off (except it wasnt me on the camera). For the pants one we were able to find and it was completed, the other one hadnt been repaired or pressed. All they would refund was the rush fee so I had to leave with an urepaired an unpressed pair of pants. There was another customer there who had lost a shirt at the establishment. Bring your clothes somewhere else. There was not even an apology.

Go elsewhere. They refused to take my cash because they said they had been burnt by counterfeit money. They dont have the $2 markers to detect fake money, customer service is poor.

1.99$ per garment? Thats a steal. Comes back clean and pressed the same day!!! Thats just awesome. Alterations there are done really well but take a long time to get done.

Great pricing wish they provided customer with laundry bags and rewards program. Have been using Zips for 5 plus years. Do see the customer loyalty/appreciation aspect

They get it right most of the time. They have same day dry cleaning. I believe it is the least expensive dry cleaning in the area.
