Like the last customer- I wish I could give 0 stars. My husband And I used this dry cleaners for about 2 years because of the convenience- however, the customer service and quality is terrible. I had 2 terrible experiences this year which caused me to NEVER recommend this cleaners! 1- the tailor was unable to mend my silk top. The top was deconstructed and can never be worn. The cleaners refunded the cleaning cost but never paid for the silk top or even returned it! 2- the cleaners stored my clothes without my permission in an unidentifiable location after I did not pick them up in 3 weeks. This was a rare occasion due to a death in my family- however, I received no phone call ( what is the rationale for giving my phone number every time I drop of my clothes?) and I attempted to pick up the clothes 3 times and the clothes were still not returned even after I was promised they would be in. The response was that I should pay for storage! My husband and I have given them service for years and the response we were given was extremely rude! The owner hung the phone up on me, and was very annoyed by my husband! She didnt complain for the thousands of dollars of service we have given her over the years- but never again I do not recommend this dry cleaners to anyone- its not worth the price or the terrible service when there are so many other options nearby.

To whoever eat Emre Z is you must be an idiot to come to a professional dry cleaning service and try and pay with pennies. Their service is excellent and everyone in the area should come and visit you see for yourself.

Terrible service. Owner refused to accept PENNIES as payment I wish i would have had the option to give it NO STARS!! and also rude, unfriendly and overpriced service
