Upon trying out this zips we made it very clear that we are looking for quality service and that we drop and pick up sometimes more than twice per week. Even though we were promised excellent results we had not received them. Unfortunately, Clothes were not cleaned. We took over 15 garments on two occasions and both times received back all garments were pressed or an attempt was made for clothes to "appear clean"; however, many signs were clear that none of them went through a cleaning process. They also punch, not one but two, plastic tag holders on each garment tag that need to be cut with scissors to remove. We will stick with our tried and true cleaner in Locust Point... its out of the way and more expensive although well worth it all after these experiences... a great dry cleaner is hard to come by and this one is far from great. I never write negative reviews, I just wish I had known this prior to taking the risk and giving them two chances, getting the same terrible results.

Oh my goodness! We were trying to find somewhere to get my dress cleaned (especially after spending a day at an amusement park in it!) and we were getting quotes for hundreds of dollars. Thankfully, we asked Cindy at Love & Lace Bridal (where we bought out dress) where she normally gets her dresses cleaned and she recommended ZIPS. It literally cost UNDER $5 to get my wedding dress cleaned! We were honestly skeptical wed ever get it back when we dropped it off and they gave us that quote but lo & behold 3 days later we received a dress is pristine condition. We even tried to tip them and they wouldnt take it. Ive never gotten clothing dry cleaned before but I most certainly will now.

I had been looking for a Zip in my work area, and happened to stumble upon the one located on Eastern avenue. I must say the best customer service ever! I would like to thank Harriet & Ursula for the service and for helping me to decide I want to bring my business to you all at this location.....great job...keep it up...great customer service does matter!

I took 7 garments down to them was told that three would be ready in less than an hour. When I arrived he didnt even start. Then I asked for the press, they didnt tell me the price is the same for a press and a dry+press. I decided to leave the other four and am told that they wouldnt be ready until Monday.

Got there at 7:30 and they were closed. Even though online and on the door it says they were open to 8 pm. Super inconvenient for those coming in from DC and cant pick up before 7 or whenever they choose to close today. First time using them and probably wont again.

Poor location. There is no place to park for free. Parking outside is metered. I paid to get a parking ticket to place on the dash of my car before I went inside. Good thing I did, I had to wait inside before I was serviced,

ZIPS new Harbor East location has been great so far. I had a shirt pressed there that I wore to family Thanksgiving. My mom couldnt believe it was from ZIPS! They do a great job.
